From the moment we arrived we noticed that the floors were dirty , there were hair and crumbs and my kids noticed it under their feet, the bedsheets were stained with crumbs which we have pictures and we sent it to the the office, the next day the manager came with the housekeeper and she stated that she checked the room after it was cleaned which she completely invalided my experience and my feelings of what I just told her, she must have not done a good job inspecting. On one of the days i saw the housekeeper clean the floor with a sweep covered with a towel, there is no vacuum, how does she expect to thoroughly clean with a sweep that is covered with a towel. The remainder of our stay she never came back to clean except for that one time to fix the mistake, to get clean towels again was a hardship for a family of 5 who went to the beach. Bring your own towels even to wash yourself, there is no laundry facility on site so if they are not going to give you fresh towels for the amount of money that you pay then at least provide laundry facility. There is 1 TV in the living room that glitched out constantly, no TV's in any of the other bedrooms. Not worth the price, they obviously don't know how to clean the first time , only the second time around they got it right and they have a manager who could do better when someone has pictures and is obviously telling you it was not cleaned properly!!!! Her response to me should have been an apology and make it right not go back and forth with me so we can play she said , I said :( , do you think the first thing I wanted to do when I got there was to have a confrontation? obviously something was wrong if I went out of my way and wasted my time on it. My daughter found dried mac and cheese on the floor of her bed when we first arrived. Not clean, not worth the price!!

Pool closes too early.

I wish the price was a little bit better for a few ne night stay. Other than that the place was great for an anniversary getaway.
