Great location, fantastic staff, quiet and great value.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional - stayed here three times and Rocco went above and beyond to help with all possible questions and needs. He is super helpful, welcoming and friendly. Quang Hai was super helpful on my first visit too.

Cons:

The shower does not have a door or curtain and the whole floor gets wet when showering.

Pros:

It was a nice stay here at moonlit, the rooms were clean and spacious for the area.
Its a bit far from the center but location was perfect for us. Quiet area.

Good place to stay, good price and nice property
Pros:

Clean, new, quite, well equipped

Cons:

Maybe a bit far from the main attraction of the city for tourism purposes. But you can rent a scooter and take a taxi for everything you need. My point of view is from a tourist point. One of the receptionists was incompetent.

Nausées et manque de propreté volontaire

Le personnel était très gentil avec moi.

Cons:

N'y allez pas c'est n'importe quoi ! Attention, je précise que ce n'est pas de la faute du staff mais sûrement un problème plus structurel qui vient de la hiérarchie.
D'abord, la chambre était rangée mais sale à mon arrivée. Le lit était fait mais dans des draps sales : j'ai retrouvé la totalité des poils, cheveux et tâches de l'ancien logeur à l'intérieur. Le reste de l'appartement était sale : miroirs pas lavés, cuisine sales, tâches etc.. bref.
Aussi et c'est important pour les personnes ayant une santé fragile, l'appartement avait des problèmes d'isolation et d'humidité ce qui entrainait des odeurs de moisissure/champignons (?) surtout dans la chambre, ce qui m'a fait vomir. J'en ai eu des nausées toute la journée.

On m'a changé de chambre, et il n'y avait pas du tout ces odeurs et problèmes. Elles avaient nettoyés correctement avant mon arrivée mais les serviettes de douche était tâches et sales. Mais bon à ce stade, ce n'est qu'un détail.

Je suis évidemment partie au bout de la 3e nuit. Je devais rester une semaine. Je n'ai pas été dédommagée et remboursée. Pourtant c'est franchement du manque de respect surtout que je ne suis pas la première à avoir remarqué la saleté.

Pros:

Great value for money, lovely area.
The flat is actually very elegant and well kept with a lot of great furniture and amenities (including stuff to cook and a washing machine).

Cons:

Could have had a couple of towels and refilling of water. Broken toilet spray and soaps but nothing too major. We are content with our choice
