Enjoyable stay. Friendly cleaners!
Pros:

Didn't know there was any available!
Enjoyed the stay and handy to most things.
Nice and clean.
A small tip; Have a shelf and hooks in corner by shower for clothes, etc.

Cons:

Getting access to building. Hard for the first time;
Wouldn't want to do it at night.

Wonderful Stay with Friendly Staff and Great Location.”
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and the location was perfect, very close to local shops and everything we needed. The management team was extremely helpful and kindly upgraded our room to accommodate the extra people staying with us. They made the whole process easy and stress-free.
The additional stay was very affordable, which we really appreciated. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and a special thank you to the cleaners who were so kind and always greeted us with a smile.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and the effort everyone put in to make us feel comfortable. We would happily stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Pros:

It was clean quite. When I rung for help they answered and guided me...even parking. I got back late Number 1-11 were the only parking, I rung they guided me to parking safe and secured.

I was very unsure when I seen the outside...but when I walked in....oooohhhh just lovely and inviting...Thank yous...ill be back, so Central everything is there shops supermarket....

Would be good if the room had a Airfryer😁

Room cleanliness is all that lets this place down :-(
Pros:

The location was awesome and central to everything we needed. Supermarket was just across the road. There were plenty of restaurants and places to eat in the area. Staff were great and very easy to deal with. Communication was excellent from the time of booking to the time of arrival. Room was cheap.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t clean. It looked like the previous guests had left and the bed was then changed and re-made, and the towels were changed, but that was it. We had crumbs on the counter top, the room did not look like it had been vacuumed, the furniture was dusty, the windows were dirty with finger marks on the inside, the window ledges were dusty and there was hair in the cutlery drawer.

First time stay in Porirua
Pros:

It was situated close to everything, all the shops.And the beautiful views of the hills from our room. The room was nice, cozy n enough for our stay.

Cons:

People passing by having domestic early hours of the morning and the gyms below music pumping early morning. Lucky we had early starts anyway.
