Zero security or safety measures, no duty of care for guests
Pros:

Location is brilliant

Cons:

During my stay, a guest in the neighbouring room had a psychotic episode, screaming he would 'kill them' banging on the walls, shouting in the corridor that 'they would burn in the fire' this went on for hours. It ramped up to screaming and swearing, threats of violence and death.

The room I was in had no escape except past his room, so I was trapped too scared to leave as he was utterly deranged and physically aggressive. There are no staff based at the premises, so I was ringing the number they give you repeatedly to no reply. I wanted to know if I could escape out the fire escape, but no one answered or called me back. I emailed them (the only other contact you have) saying they should not send any cleaning staff alone and that I was going to contact the police, and then I just ran for it. I got outside and just cried and cried I was so terrified and relieved to be out.

Speaking to the police the guest was already known to them. I didn't go back to the hotel and booked another place to stay because I was too frightened, I asked a burly male friend to collect my belongings. That was yesterday, and I still have not had a single word or reply from the hotel. Even to check that I am OK. I appreciate they cannot predict guest behaviour, but as an absolute minimum I would expect they show an interest in their guests' safety. But not a word.

I would not recommend this place at all. No concern for safety, no duty of care for guests, and they are clearly aware of this individual and still placed me in the next door room, on a narrow corridor with no other access or escape. There is no ID etc required to book or stay so there is clearly no vetting or oversight. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Tv was broken, cover of toilet was broken, we had few apartments and one had broken lock as there was no stuff guy had to wait 3 hours while locksmith came. Was not possible to contact stuff.

Från strul till toppen.
Pros:

Mycket rent och snyggt inrett..stor och fin dusch och toalett.,
Köket en trappa ner från mitt rum, var rent fint och välplanerat. Var väldigt glad att det fanns hiss i huset då jag för tillfället hade mycket ont i benen.
Sammanlagt stort plus.

Cons:

Jag fick stora problem när jag kom,koderna till detvå första grinden och ytterdörren gick bra. När jag skulle slå koden till rummet slog jag fel så.jag kom inte in det blev lite cirkus. Ringde hjälp numret stor språkförbistring dålig bde svenska och engelska hos den som skulle hjälpa mig. Det tog över en timma innan allt ordnade sig. Just då tänkte jag att aldrig mer, men rummet var så bra att jag ändrade mig.
En väldigt gullig kvinna som städade där, en eloge till henne.
