Eve is outstanding!!
Pros:

The personalised service was impeccable. Eve went out of her way and we communicated even at 11.45 pm way past her working hours. I have never come
across such dedication to duty and guests' comfort. Eve is outstanding!!

Cons:

The noise coming from the bands was too much for me and affected my sleep. But Eve moved us to another room from 462 to 431 and that really helped . Due to her attention and care, we decided to extend our stay for another 2 nights instead of trying another hotel.

Pros:

I recently stayed at the Radisson RED in Patong for 13 nights, and I can honestly say this was one of the most exceptional hotel experiences I’ve had. Having travelled extensively around the world, this is the first time I’ve experienced such a strong and genuine focus on customer service.

From the start, the hotel management went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. I received regular WhatsApp messages checking in to see if everything was in order, which added a very personal touch. On two occasions, we were also surprised with handwritten notes accompanied by a fruit platter—small gestures that made a big impact.

The room itself was extremely comfortable and well-designed, making a long stay feel effortless. I’ve seen some comments about the size of the pool, but I honestly don’t understand the concern—there are two pools available, and each time we used them, they were peaceful and never overcrowded.

Breakfast was consistently excellent, with a great variety and quality of food, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The ginger shots in the morning was our highlight.

Overall, our stay at the Radisson RED was truly outstanding. The level of care and attention to detail sets this hotel apart. Keep up the fantastic work!

Cons:

If I had to point out one small area for improvement, it would be the water refill stations around the hotel. It’s a fantastic, eco-friendly idea and a great alternative to buying bottled water, but during our stay they often displayed “low water levels” and didn’t seem to be working.

Pros:

Really good location, near lots of restaurants, shops and bars, however hotel was still quiet. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

Cons:

Large hotel with 1 bank of elevators which are quite far from some of the rooms, so those poor mobility may struggle.

Fantastic hotel for a super cool relaxing stay.
Pros:

Firstly the hotel was amazing and everything I hoped for. Could not find a fault. The room was professionally cleaned everyday. I was left gifts by the staff. Secondly the staff were super helpful and there was nothing they couldn’t do for you. Will definitely book again if travelling to Thailand 🙏

Pros:

Fantastic stay at Radisson RED Phuket Patong Beach. The hotel is modern, fun, and perfectly located, with great rooms and an amazing atmosphere.

A special shout-out to Eve, who was assigned to look after us; she was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Couldn’t fault this place at all. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

В комнате был запах сырости и выяснилось, что это проблема кондиционера. Ощущение двоякое потому, что мы жили в этой гостинице за десять дней до этого и номер был прекрасный. Видимо нужно чистить переодически кондиционер от плесени.

Helpful staff, especially Rick at the reception was great. In my case made a late checkout possible, which was very comfortable before my flight.
Close to nightlife, shops and bars.

Cons:

One side of the hotel is above hard rock cafe. Could enjoy music until 7 in the morning... be careful what room you book. Next time I would go for poolview ...

Extremely disappointing experience – unresolved complaint for weeks

I stayed at Radisson RED Phuket Patong Beach from 28–30 January 2025, and unfortunately it turned into a very frustrating experience.

On the night before checkout, the air conditioning in our room stopped working completely and remained non-functional throughout the entire night. This was particularly difficult because I was traveling with my 6-month-old baby, and the heat made it impossible for both of us to sleep.

I called the reception multiple times during the night, and each time I was told the issue would be resolved in “another hour.” After several hours with no improvement, I went to the reception around 3–4 AM, where I was told that air conditioning was not working anywhere in the hotel and nothing could be done.

However, the next morning I was informed that some guests had been moved to rooms where the air conditioning was functioning, which was extremely disappointing given that I had repeatedly requested assistance during the night.

The attitude of the staff during the night was also dismissive and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating considering the circumstances with an infant.

What has been even more disappointing is the handling of the complaint afterwards. I reported the issue to Radisson Hotel Group and was told an investigation would be conducted. However, despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I have still not received a final response or resolution.

I understand that technical issues can happen in any hotel, but what matters most is how the situation is handled. Unfortunately, both the overnight support and the follow-up process fell far below what I expected from a Radisson property.

I had hoped to resolve this matter directly with the hotel and the Radisson Hotel Group customer care team, but after several weeks and multiple follow-ups, the issue still remains unresolved. I hope the hotel management reviews this situation and works toward a fair resolution.
