Pros:

Kyla receptionist was 5 star, very helpfull 👍

Cons:

Room service was not nice. Food and service stuff was 3 star, which i didn't like at all.

Hotel normal con baja relación calidad precio
Pros:

Buena situación cerca de la playa, limpieza y comodidad

Cons:

Demasiado caro para lo.que ofrecen. El personal de recepción no fue muy amable. Las camas tienen un edredón muy grueso que da mucho calor por la noche

Cons:

The service. We decided to leave 2 days earlier. The management agreed to refund us the money for the 2 nights. This was back in November. I havebeen in contact with they since we left. They claim the went to their bank to return for the 2 nights back on my CC. This has still not happened. And I also contacted Booking.com for them to help. No answers. No reactions. So basically I cannot recommend nor this hotel, nor booking.com

Pros:

Le personnel.
Je n’ai jamais vu un personnel aussi soucieux de la satisfaction de ses clients. Ça m’a vraiment agréablement surprise.

good hotel but wouldn't rate it 5 star
Pros:

the staff specially Kyla were really friendly and helpful
breakfast was great

Cons:

two lifts out of 4 lifts were broken the entire time i stayed there
no aircon in the hallways on each floor

Breakfast is over expectation

Cons:

On the first night of my stay , the frontdesk charged me 2000 Baht via AliPay for family member issue ，but then kindly upgraded to family room and promised to cancel the 2k overcharge soon. I had a great 2-day stay but till now have not got any refund . I've contacted the front office twice but there is no response at all .

What a pity !

Highly overrated and overpriced hotel, that did though offered very good breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast, really good mix of Asian and Western buffet.

Cons:

The Mosquito seems to love this place, but I don’t Love Mosquitos! So if anyone have problems about those fleas 🪰 this is not the right hotel for stay. Also the smell and the noise from the air conditioner was really bad. I tried to talk to the staff, but it seemed like they didn’t care about it.
