Value for money, good breakfast, very near to night markets, excellent staff, always engaging.
Pros:

Value for money, the location, walking distance to night market, the staff are very nice, they speak good english and can even speak Tagalog. Breakfast is also very good. The room is a little bit modernised compared in other hotels in Old Quarter.

Cons:

Nothing, everything excellent.

The best option we could have gone for!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Plaza Suite Hotel & Spa in the Old Quarter and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
The location is excellent — right in the heart of the Old Quarter on Dao Duy Tu Street, within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and major attractions. It’s lively outside but surprisingly comfortable and quiet inside the rooms.
Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with comfortable bedding and strong air conditioning (very important in Hanoi). The bathroom was modern and spotless. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay.
The staff were genuinely warm and helpful. From check-in to arranging transport and giving local recommendations, everything was handled professionally. They made us feel very welcome.
Breakfast had a good mix of Vietnamese and Western options, and the service in the dining area was attentive.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter with great service and good value for money, Hanoi Plaza Suite Hotel & Spa is a solid choice.

Pros:

The hotel is near all the major attractions of the city and yet very quiet.
The room is clean and comfortable.
They let us use the spa for taking a shower even after we checked out and come back late at night after a day trip ‼️

Pros:

・清掃が行き届いている
・朝食が美味しい(フォーやオムレツなど一品の選択とビュッフェ)
・シャワーの水圧がしっかりある
・トイレットペーパーを流せる(ゴミ箱に捨てなくて良い)
・滞在中お水のペットボトルが毎日補充された
・プリントアウトをお願いしたら快く引き受けてくれた
・観光がしやすい立地で、通りから一本入っているためバイクの音もあまりなく静か

Pros:

Great location and friendly staff.
The room was clean and was cleaned very well every day.

Cons:

Not a complaint, really, but the guy from the breakfast area was alone, so he had to cook, clear the dishes, and wash them; others might complain about the fact that the service was slower when many people were in the same area at the same time for breakfast.
Also, if you are looking for places with brand new furniture, the place is pretty old, but so are all the other places in this price range.

Solides Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Zimmer sind schön. Bequeme Betten. Super Lage - sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig in der Nacht.

Cons:

Frühstück ist nicht sehr umfangreich (z.B. nur eine sorte Tee) . Frühstücksraum ist generell nicht sehr einladend. Mitarbeiter hat während des Frühstücks laut per Videotelefonie hinter der Bar länger telefoniert (meiner Beobachtung nach ist es aber anscheinend in Vietnam generell üblich, dass man seine Mitmenschen mit lauter Videotelefonie ohne Kopfhörer belästigt ;-)).
Warum muss man bei einer Bezahlung im Hotel mittels Kreditkarte 3% mehr zahlen? Gerade ein Hotel sollte sich auf internationale Gäste einstellen, wo eine Kreditkartenzahlung ohne Aufpreis die Norm ist.

Zona centrului vechi este potrivita daca urmaresti viata de noapte si distractia pana tarziu. In schimb, pentru copii nu este o zona potrivita - foarte aglomerata.
