´A gem in the heart of Old Quebec City with an amazing and responsive staff!
Pros:

The St. Ursule property is in the heart of Old Québec City and is so close to everything. We loved the modern amenities inside and the charm of the historic building on the exterior. The apartment is well equipped, extremely beautiful, and cozy. It is absolutely wonderful!

Cons:

The thermostat is set to 70° during the winter which is really warm considering it is below 0° outside. My kiddos found it to be a bit too warm inside. We also would have loved hair conditioner to be provided. Shampoo/hair wash and body wash are provided which we really appreciated.

Relaxing.
Pros:

Very cozy and clean. Extremely well stocked.

Cons:

I didn’t receive the code to get in until after my arrival date and time. Three women had to stand on the side of the road for 15 minutes after a 10 hour flight. This is not acceptable. Then I received a complaint about calling the emergency number rather than using the app. Also unacceptable.
