Rooms were not Clean, Pictures that are shown rooms are completely different.
I booked the room through booking.com just to make sure that advance payment is not being secured. Hotel staff reached out to me and demanded 2000/- advance on account of confirming the bookings.
Since My train (Vande Bharat) was really late, I myself voluntarily informed the hotel that will be reaching late. Even i make and advance payment he was complaining about me checking in late. ....This was really strange.
Reached hotel at 7 pm on demanding the tea, he was asking for CASH Payment of every Room service that we were ordering. He wanted to clear out the payment before even consuming the order :) this was little upsetting as after so much of exertion, he kept on asking Money. On hospitality i would rate this hotel " 0" in-fact if possible negative marks on it.

I have booked room and mentioned my request for pre check in time during booking, however no communication was shared regarding the request. When I reach the property they denied that such requested as shared with them. They offered AC room as no standard room was available during such time. However my friend who lives in gaya told me that there are room still available but they denied.
If property can't accommodate such request they must actively respond to such request so that guest can seek alternative option. It was 5AM guest reach to the property.
