- appartement spacieux, fonctionnel et bien équipé
- cuisine fonctionnelle
- localisation
- salle de sport
- personnel à l’accueil
- possibilité d’échanger avec le service client via WhatsApp

Cons:

- pas de fenêtre dans le séjour, et fenêtre avec un volet fixé dans la chambre - il fait nuit en permanence dans tout l’appartement
- ménage très approximatif
- très bruyant : j’étais au 13eme étage et chaque nuit j’étais réveillé par les cris des passants, les sirènes de police

Would highly recommend the superior apartments
Pros:

We booked a superior apartment and requested a higher floor having read reviews about the noise of traffic. Our allocated Apartment was on the 5th floor, noise from traffic below was not an issue (I think if on lower floors might have been a problem as we are light sleepers). The apartment itself was as described, spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Great location. The apart balcony provided a lovely view of the city especially at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Laundry room was a bonus and also located on the 5th floor. Free use of washing machines and tumble dryers (all were working during our stay). Luggage storage on 2nd floor was ideal as we had a late flight and also took advantage of late check out. Checking in was simple, we started it via online as requested in their email. Communication was excellent online. We had no complaints at all and would highly recommend the superior apartments at this complex.

Cons:

The apartment lacked adequate cooking pans which we informed them, so hopefully they will have sorted this issue for future guests.

Buena estadía , ubicación pero bien ruidosa
Pros:

Todo muy bien con las instalaciones

Cons:

Estuve en el piso 1 debido a que está sobre 2 avenidas importantes, el ruido era constante todo el día , muy ruidoso

Amazing choice for a stay in Mexico City
Pros:

Great location. Nice large size room, with a great view of the city and balcony!

Cons:

Wifi was a bit slow at times, weeklong stay did not include any housekeeping so we had to pay extra for that. They would swap out towels but we wanted the sheets changed so had to pay like 22 USD

Only downside was the traffic noise, horns and sirens all night…which is obviously nothing to do with the hotel.

I like very much the location which was close to everything and the view of the city center and surroundings. Big comfortable apartment

Cons:

The only negative was the noise from the street, but nothing that a good set of earplugs couldn't fix.
