Pros:

Tutto molto pulito e lo staff super cordiale e gentile. La posizione è ottima. Gli interni sono un pó datati, ma nell'insieme è buono. C'è anche un piccolo angolo cottura con il necessario, tutto molto pulito.

The location is very convenient for exploring all main Rome sites. Walking distances from the Metro and bus routes.
The host has been excellent, prompt and attentive

The studio is very spacious and, contrary to other comments, I found the bed very comfortable.
I definitely recommend this place

Pros:

A very quiet, comfortable place in a lovely residential area. The metro to all the cool places in Rome is about a half-mile’s easy walk. There are two small grocery-style stores down the street. I walked alone in the neighborhood late at night and felt absolutely safe (though I’m not very smart about these things, so be your own judge). The staff is pleasant and helpful. I’d stay here again without hesitation. If peace and quiet in a big city appeal to you, this is the place!

Great place to stay
Pros:

The guy is very friendly and helpful for the requests and assistance.
It's not in the city and a residential neighborhood making it calm and peaceful. And the view from room was soo nice and beautiful

Cons:

Mattress were a little hard however when you are tired after a long tiring walks and yours around the city it doesn't matter anyway I guess.

My Prati home, indeed...
Pros:

It was a perfect neighborhood for me. Out of the busy tourist districts and close to the subway so I did not need a car.

Cons:

2 very small things: a small microwave oven would have made my stay a little more convenient.....
and there is a 6 inch step up to get into the bedroom partition that could be deadly to someone.....my foot caught it 10 or more times while i was there and maybe if you put a string of theatre floor lights down there or paint it a different color but it is the same color as the floor and almost invisible unless you have bright lights on. See the attached photo...in bright light.

You could be seriously injured and it is my only negative thing. Everything else was spotless and spectacular! The staff was exceptional and helpful, very patient with my horrible Italian 🌞

Pros:

Great location for the Vatican City & plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The beds are rather hard & you can clearly hear the people in the apartments above you which was frustrating when trying to get a full nights sleep!

High quality studio in a quiet and convenient location
Pros:

Excellent location near the Lepanto metro. Quiet neighbourhood, This studio is absolutely first rate and spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchenette and everything that you need for being comfortable. This place ticks all the boxes. Good value for the quality of what you get. Have someone there on arrival makes everything go smoothly. Giulio is personable and friendly and totally committed to making sure you settle in without any problems. Great information about everything you might need to know.
