Pros:

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The shower was great! Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom door would not stay open, even for a short time. If you walked into the bathroom the door would slam shut....a little annoying especially during the night when you're trying to be quiet.
We had a hard time figuring out the light switches by the entry door. One was supposedly for the whole room, but didn't seem to do anything different from the other switch.

I enjoy my stay but the bedding needs more attention to detail.
Pros:

The property was beautiful and the staff were inviting.

Cons:

The bathroom shower door kept opening as I was showering. I found long black hair on the comforter when I pulled it back to get in bed. 2 of the pillows smelled like corn chips and bad body odor.

It’s clean but only because it’s brand new

Cons:

The ac was broke in room and at night it got up to 78 degrees and the whole family was up all night sweating. Front desk wouldn’t do any thing. BS in my opinion

A wonderful, relaxing, charming stay.
Pros:

It was the most beautiful hotel room. We don’t travel much but this was the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at for such an amazing price.

They chose to test the fire alarm system in the room every minute for a complete hour, completely insane! Very loud obnoxious fire warning inside all the rooms, unnerving!
