Mr Quoc and his family is very lovely. He treated as his family members. Quoc never say no to anything always everything
Pros:

Excellent spot and very neat. The property has all the facilities needed for our family. Loved his Vietnamese milk coffee and the breakfast.

CHINCHES ATENCIÓN!
Lo único positivo es la amabilidad del personal. Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad, en concreto la piscina no es lo que parece, y las habitaciones aún menos, no os dejéis engañar. Nos dieron una habitación, llegamos muy cansados y nos dormimos en seguida, en cuando nos despertamos nos dimos cuenta de que estaba lleno de chinches, pedimos un cambio de habitación y nos pasaron a otra que estaba aún peor, intentamos suerte con una tercera y resultó estar igualmente infestada. Asi decimos cancelar las siguientes noches y cambiarnos de hotel. Cabe destacar que las chicas que nos atendieron fueron súper amables y accedieron a hacer la anulación sin problemas.

We loved everything about our stay. The host had excellent attention to detail and was incredibly hospitable - greeting us with drinks and fruit on arrival, helping with our bags, and staying in great contact throughout. He was friendly and happy to recommend a cheap, delicious dinner spot nearby. Our room was very clean and well-stocked with toiletries and complimentary water bottles. 10/10 — I truly can’t recommend the host or the accommodation enough.

Breakfast the next morning was amazing. I couldn’t eat the noodles due to an allergy, and they kindly made an alternative for me on the spot. The accommodation also offers free bikes, which we used to explore the city and absolutely loved. If we’d had more time, we would have visited the tailor he recommended and booked a massage, too.

My sisters birthday was coming and he wanted to do something special. Maybe next time!!!

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great and you could use bikes to get around if needed. The room was really nice and Quoc was so helpful by assisting us and being so kind and providing recommendations.

Pros:

Loved everything. Since the amazing breakfast, the comfortable clean rooms, to the convenient location.
But most of all, the staff. Just the nicest, kindest, most helpful caring people. No words. Just amazing experience. Took really good care of us, with an amazing vibe and always with a smile on his face.
This is the place to stay in Hoi An.
