My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast. She is not a breakfast person, but enjoyed it at Falkensteiner. The immediate area around the Hotel is full of shopping and dining options. It’s basically at the center of the town. Excellent value!

Luxury breakfast, including eggs Benedict, albeit served cold. Not much of a view from our premium room. Just the office building opposite.

Walking to the hotel, there’s no sign from the sidewalk identifying the front door. Rather it’s identified as a Japanese restaurant.

Excellent hotel, great location, super polite staff. Great 4 star hotel.

Loved everything about this

Beautiful modern room with a view, very clean, great food at the roof top restaurant (sushi and breakfast), amazing saunas and relaxation room. The reception staff was particularly helpful and efficient!

Das Frühstücksangebot war hervorragend, aber ich wünschte mir vom Frühstückspersonal mehr Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber den Gästen und weniger Unterhaltungen zwischen den KollegInnen.
Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Teams an der Rezeption.

No air conditioner for 3 nights, and I understand that the hotel is under construction, but my son was almost run over by a car coming out of the construction site. The person in charge of stopping the cars to let them out does not check if people are walking on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. I had to shout and throw myself in front of the car to make it stop; otherwise, the story could have ended very differently. This is unacceptable.

Super lækkert hotel, helt nyt.
Vi havde udsigt til bjergene, men der var ved at bliver bygget mere til hotellet, byggeriet var i gang, mest med at lægge flisegang, det ser ud til at blive rigtig fint.
Så vi kunne kigge op på bjergene, men deres hotel var lidt i vejen. Ved ikke helt hvordan det bliver, når der kommer værelser overfor, men det skal nok blive godt. Ligger perfekt i forhold til Bolzano’s smukke centrum.
Der var en Japansk restaurant og bar på 6 sal. når vi rejser spiser vi helst lokale retter, men så kan man jo bare gå ned i byen, der er frit valg.

Overall great experience. Great hotel with great spa and an extraordinary restaurant. The area nonetheless currently is noisy, as there are several construction sites nearby. Some of the work continue during night times.
