Pros:

It was like finding a treasure in the end of unexpected corner and the place was so clean and the lady was very very nice with us everything was perfect about the stay

Чудесный отель
Pros:

Отель располагается в 5 минутах ходьбы от станции метро Мардженишвили, в одном из самых красивых и дорогих районах города, в пешей доступности от Старого Тбилиси. Отель находится в очень тихом, в отдалении от шумной улицы, месте.
Нам было очень удобно добираться до любого района города.
В отеле были все необходимые для нашего удобства принадлежности: посуда, фен, холодильник. В помещении было достаточно тепло, работала батарея.
При заселении (31.12.2025) хозяйка отеля нам подарила бутылку грузинского вина, что стало приятным новогодним сюрпризом.
Безусловно рекомендуем всем выбирать этот отель для комфортного отдыха в Тбилиси.

Очень темный переулок и в номере было холодно, пришлось играться с батареей пока настроили ее так, чтоб она действительно обогрела номер.

Удобно!
Pros:

Уютный внутренний дворик. Можно посидеть на улице если тепло. Близко от метро. Рядом продают классные пончики. Внутри тепло и чисто.

Cons:

Могут быть сложности если надо оставить вещи и все номера заняты. Ресепшена нет.

Good stay in the city centre
Pros:

Location was excellent, there is only a lady as a staff who manages it but she was always available and helpful.
We had booked 8rooms here and all of them were good with kitchenette.
The area was very safe and we could walk around post midnight without any fear..

Cons:

No lift so we had little difficulty in carrying our luggage but again its just ground and first floor

После моего скромного отзыва здесь на букинге, с оценкой "3", что вполне адекватно, учитывая грязные полотенца, отсутствия лампочек как на потолке, так и в ночных светильниках, грязный холодильник, волосы на постели от предыдущих гостей, неадекватной шумоизоляции (было слышно в 4 утра как пьяные соседи привели прости Господи женщину к себе в номер и громко занимались своими делами), а мы всё-таки были в номере с ребёнком и выспаться перед дальней дорогой так и не удалось. Эти минусы можно перечислять бесконечно. Так вот, после всего этого, мне на мой личный телефонный номер администрация данного отеля прислала СМС оскорбительного содержания по национальному признаку (мы украинцы), я просто в шоке от такой наглости и непрофессиональности. Нормальная администрация отреагировала бы нормально и спросила бы, что не понравилось, а они вот так себя ведут! Буду жаловаться в администрацию букинга. Моя оценка "3"была очень завышена, по факту нужно было ставить "1".
