Pros:

Great location, in a university area about 30 minutes walk from Registan. The staff were gracious and accommodating. They upgraded me to a very comfortable small apartment. The breakfast was varied and delicious. My only critique is that the windows faced an inner courtyard so there was no view or natural light, but the weather was pretty grey anyway and the comfort and hospitality more than made up for it.

Был ночной рейс и было важно раннее заселение. Заселили по приезду в 7 утра, накормили завтраком. Персонал очень дружелюбный и готов помочь с решением любых вопросов.
В номере было все необходимое.

Добрый день. Езжу в частые командировки, поэтому бронирую заранее гостиницы. В данном случае, гостиницу бронировал в ноябре 2025 на конец января 2026 и на конец марта 2026, ранее в данной гостинице уже останавливался= всё было отлично. Но крайний контакт с персоналом, вынудил меня отменить бронь на март и по факту заселения в районе 22:00 26.01.2026 отменить бронь и искать другую гостиницу, т.к. умный персонал гостиницы продал мной заранее забронированный и подтверждённый номер через Букинг.соm, а мне предложили с доплатой заселяться в другой номер более высокого класса за дополнительную плату!!! Оценка работы персонала твёрдая «ДВОЙКА» !!!

Pros:

Séjour très agréable à l'Hôtel Rio. La chambre était parfaite : spacieuse, extrêmement propre et très bien organisée. Elle est également bien équipée, ce qui rend le séjour très confortable.
Le personnel mérite des éloges particuliers. Très sympathique et serviable, il est allé bien au-delà de ses fonctions pour m'aider. J'ai eu un problème avec une réservation de train, et l'équipe a tout fait pour m'aider à tout régler, ce qui m'a été d'une grande aide.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour la qualité de ses chambres et surtout pour la qualité exceptionnelle de son service.

Una experiencia fantástica que combina a la perfección la modernidad de sus instalaciones con la calidez de un personal siempre atento y amable. Me sorprendió gratamente la variedad y calidad del desayuno, sin duda uno de los puntos fuertes de la estancia. Un hotel impecable, con un ambiente muy acogedor al que volveré sin dudarlo.

Отель новый, современный и очень уютный. Номера просторные, чистые и продуманы до мелочей — всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Персонал невероятно вежливый и всегда готов помочь в любой ситуации.

Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный, особенно понравилась терраса с красивым видом — отличное место, чтобы начать день.
Расположение удобное: рядом центр города и основные достопримечательности, но при этом тихо и спокойно.

Обязательно вернусь сюда снова и буду рекомендовать всем своим друзьям! ❤️
