Great value for this apartment-style hotel
Pros:

We booked this hotel because I had a very early morning in Gold Coast the next day. I truly booked one of the least expensive places on Booking, and had (again) minimal expectations. This place was so great! My favourite place that I have stayed on the Gold Coast. Good location; close to the hospital and shops with some interesting restaurants nearby. The rooms are "apartment style;" way more room than we needed for a single night. The staff were extremely lovely and helpful when we checked in. Fun live music and dancing. Food at the in-house restaurant was very good (though service there was variable depending on who was helping you). Overall very pleased; already booked a return trip for the next time I have an early start in Gold Coast!

Cons:

Nothing; the stay was great. Will stay again.

Comfy, modern apartments.
Pros:

Very modern. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great rooftop pool, sauna, and steam room. Staff were excellent - very friendly!

Cons:

Our room could have been cleaned a touch better, but not enough of an issue to cause a big fuss - although it’s in serviced so no clean during your stay.
It does feel like some corners were cut - small things like one wifi network (we had 4 different people try to connect to our Smart TV 😅), no USB outlets, and no alarm clocks, etc.
Still - it was a nice spot and handy for what we needed.

Comfortable accommodation but bring your own food
Pros:

A continental breakfast was available. The room was large with a separate lounge room, well appointed and comfortable.

Cons:

We stayed from Monday to Thursday and despite TRYP having 2 restaurants, they were closed except for pizzas being available on Wednesday night.
This meant that we, in our late 70’s, had a 1 km walk uphill for evening meals.

Good experience, will definitely stay again if in the area.
Pros:

Helpful staff with early check-in and an upgrade as well !!! Everything clean especially the shower, which can be a bit underwhelming in some accommodation.

I’ll never stay here again.
Cons:

It was very inconvenient that the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the spa and sauna, and I was unfairly charged for parking. Not everyone was charged, so it felt unfair. I will never stay here again.
