Really lovely people that are always looking to please.
The road getting there is not in good repair. However, the drivers know where the potholes are.
Staff were amazing came back after crashing my ped they were all very helpful and looked after me very well
The check in and the welcome part was perfect, especially the drink. We were having a room with swim up and rooftop, everything was nice, equipped, comfortable, daily cleaning and refill.
• When we enter in the room, unfortunately in some parts of the toilet area wasn't clean.
• The room was smelling on mold, it seems like the ac was not clean a while.
I believe this is the first time I have ever given a perfect 10 review. However they truly earned it, exceptionally friendly staff, lovely clean rooms, fabulous pool and an excellent freshly cooked breakfast, made to order.
Unfortunately we chose to eat elsewhere in the evenings our first few nights as we had a yen for the waterfront and the Sebalii is not actually on the water, but boy did we miss out. The food was excellent and far superior to anywhere else we tried in Penida. It was the perfect spot for us and they Definitely deserve a 10.
Nothing really, the only thing that could add to the experience would be to have a small table and chairs either in the room or up on the rooftop as it would be perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or having a nightcap while stargazing at night.

L entrée. De calamars cuits par la glace du congélateur et la totale les deux plats principaux de mon mari et mon frère. Son arrivée sur la table a peine décongelé. Donc je suis allé directement voir la cuisine pour un magnifique établissement comme celui ci ou cesser la cuisine en période creuse ou changer de chef de cuisine
Par ailleurs le personnel et les serveurs on très bien compris notre mécontentement heureusement qu ils ont tous le sourire et le respect.
