Pros:

I am looking forward to seeing how this new hotel develops in the future. The staff was very friendly, and I was very comfortable during my three-week stay. There are still some aspects that need improvement, such as the cleaning routine, but I am confident these issues will be addressed in the future. There are also some excellent restaurants near the hotel, and a shopping mall is a short walk away. The hotel is in a developing area of Pune, which makes me optimistic about the future. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity.

Avoid like plague
Pros:

Absolute filth. Unswept floors, Stained toilets, Dirty linen They did not clean the room on one day. They refused to change the room despite my protest. Room service is next to none. Staff had to be reminded to replenish water every day. The receptionist is clueless about anything and everything. Will not visit again.
