- Zero hospitality.
- Cockroaches are running around in the room, even where the cups are placed.
- No toilet paper neither hand towel. When I asked they said it’ll cost them much, so they don’t provide it.
- There were a few days of black out. The owner instructed the management to shut down the generator every 2 hours, left all guesses in dark and hot in our rooms. When I made a complain, the owner said she is worried the generator will blow up. She said as same as we drive cars. We need to shut down the engine if it is too hot and can’t drive without having a break. What a stupid nonsense that I ever heard in my life!
- Coffee cups and spoons are dirty and left out in the room until I called them to clean it up.
- No milk no butter. The reason was about cost to spend on things. Food was cold and no difference in 5 days.
- Internet is weak.
- Staffs parked their motorbikes blocking the entrance ramp. They don’t bother to open the door or help us to carry our luggage through the stairs. In fact, he was laughing when I complained about no access to ramp. When I said “It’s not funny”, he was laughing even more.
- Room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom floor was dirty and sink has yellow mould stains. Housekeeping doesn’t even bother to mop the floor and brush the toilet.
- No standard apply in this place.
- Hot water was limited. No hot shower for the last three days when we stayed. Also, water pressure was very low.
- No one even bother to help us carrying our luggage from second floor as the lift was not working as per owner instruction. Worried about the generator blowing up.
