Pros:

駐車場は敷地とホテル裏(右折)にあります。
製氷機、自動販売機はエレベーターを降りると目の前左側にありました。自動販売機の価格は良心的です。
　ツインの部屋816に泊まりましたが、マッサージチェアーがありました。
　朝食ですが、まず従業員が「朝食券をクリップで留めてください。挟んでください。」とおっしゃっるのですが、お客からすると「何で？どうして、何のために？」と思うので、早口でも結構ですから説明してください。
　お皿はもっと、料理がある場所にも置いてください。
そうでないと、トレー、箸を持ち、料理の場所に行ったが皿がないので、また最初に戻るといった光景が多々見られました。

従業員のみなさんは、とても感じが良かったです。

10階に数室ある風呂が湯量も豊富で、ゆっくり寛げて快適です。今回は朝食は食べてませんが、以前宿泊したときの朝食は山形独特のメニュー（「山形のだし」や「冷や汁」）が美味しくて感動したことがありました！
