A nice place in Coyoacan
Pros:

The location was great - we loved Coyoacan and this was very convenient. Sitting in the yard was a treat, and the breakfast selections were very good. Staff member Fernanda was wonderful - always friendly and helpful! Overall, a beautiful building.

Cons:

Our room was very dark (no natural light and rather dim/small lamps)...Although Fernanda was wonderful, we didn't receive the same level of hospitality when she was not on duty.

A great cozy, charming, small boutique hotel with walking distance to Frida’s house and museum with great price value

The picture on the website doesn’t reflect the exterior of the hotel. It is misleading since the garage is the outside view of the hotel

Pros:

El ambiente es realmente acogedor, perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Todo está decorado con mucho gusto, con detalles que te hacen sentir la vibra mexicana contemporánea.
La habitación era muy cómoda, con una cama amplia , buen clima y todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Además, estaba impecablemente limpia y bien equipada.

Sin duda, un lugar al que me encantaría volver . Muy recomendado para quienes buscan tranquilidad y calidez

Cons:

hubo un aspecto que afectó mi experiencia: no se permiten visitas en el hotel, lo cual entiendo si es parte de sus políticas, pero me hubiera gustado saberlo con anticipación. Lo más decepcionante fue la actitud del personal de recepción. Al consultar si era posible recibir una visita, la respuesta fue poco amable . Creo que una mejor disposición para explicar las normas habría sido más adecuada.

Es un lugar con potencial, pero definitivamente el trato al cliente debería mejorar.

Todo . La ubicación en Coyoacán inmejorable , con bastante sitio para aparcar . El personal del hotel , con el gerente a la cabeza , súper amable y el servicio genial . El jardín un sueño . El desayuno caliente muy bueno

Pros:

The communication from the hotel was great - they sent a video with clear instructions on how to open the doors as we were checking in around midnight. The room was large, had a huge window onto the garden. The shower water was hot and good pressure. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast and fresh juice was delicious. Great little coffee machine.

Cons:

The breakfast is not the best with only 3 choices- for a long stay it gets quite boring. Ended up eating out half of the stay.

Colorful island of calm with cool rooms, guarded by alebrijes.
Pros:

My partner liked the breakfast a lot -- don't believe in eating before noon, personally. I loved the quiet setting, the large rooms; ours had an office and a balcony/roof access, which was great. And there was a jacuzzi in the back, and a workspace downstairs, with a massage chair. The place was decorated all over with alebrijes, which were very cool.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English and willing to indulge my attempts to practice my Spanish.

Cons:

The toilet was old and beat up and not the best. The shower was the kind where you have to stand in the path of the water as you adjust the temperature from intolerable to tolerable -- did not enjoy. I know plumbing is one of the harder things to improve, but this was the one failing of the property.
