Really nice place to stay at, everything is new and fresh, easy check in (staff made for us early check in upon the request), breakfast was ok, available iron, staff was nice an friendly available all the time on the phone

Sehr positiv fand ich Sauberkeit, Ruhe, Zweckmässigkeit und Preis.
Lage ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, zu Fuss leider nicht so gut zu erreichen.

Das Hotel liegt abseits direkt am Fluss naturnah. Dadurch krabbeln einige Insekten im Zimmer herum. Manche längst tot und das Fenster würde ich nicht offen machen, ansonsten wirst du ziemlich schnell von vielen Mücken und Käfer besucht.. Kein Restaurant in der Nähe. Mit ÖV nicht so ratsam, liegt abseits.
Las vistas que hay desde el balcon de la habitacion que me asignaron, vistas directas del Río Ryn.... una pasada, aunque hacia frío pero vamos! Espectacular.
No hay nada relevante que criticar ya que buscaba algo alejado del bullicio!

Inchecken was een drama, geen personeel gezien en we moesten het zelf maar uitzoeken!

La camere la struttura in generale sono puliti e curati e la colazione a buffet è soddisfacente. Il nostro soggiorno era previsto per due notti, dal venerdì alla domenica, ma il sabato ci è stato riferito che la domenica la colazione non viene somministrata e ci si deve recare in una panetteria in paese con l'automobile...ovviamente non è come fare colazione in hotel.
Un enorme limite della struttura è la mancanza di assistenza: la reception è aperta fino alle 17 fino al venerdì (in realtà noi siamo arrivati in hotel prima, ma già non vi era nessuno) Sabato sera ho scordato le chiavi in camera e non vi ho potuto accedere fino alla domenica mattina, quindi siamo stati costretti a pernottare in un'altra camera con tutti i disagi conseguenti; ho fatto innumerevoli telefonate al numero di telefono che si trova su booking e sul sito dell'hotel ed anche ad un altro numero, ho inviato mail attraverso booking ed alla mail della struttura, ma nessuno ha mai risposto. L'hotel è privo di personale e dovesse accadere qualsiasi cosa nessuno presta assistenza. Alla fine solo domenica mattina mi hanno telefonato e attraverso una procedura guidata abbiamo recuperato una chiave di scorta situata all'esterno : tutto questo è ASSURDO! Al buio poi, dalla strada principale l'hotel è poco visibile.
Die ruhige Lage.
Dass ich beim Buchen kein Frühstück dazu buchen könnte ohne ein anderes Zimmer zu nehmen. Zweitens stand in den Unterlagen im Zimmer dass das Frühstück im Zimmerpreis inklusive wäre, was dann nicht der Fall war. Sehr komisch....
