Wenn mal alles fertig ist gut

Lage, Bett, große Bad

Cons:

Wir haben diese Unterkunft ausschließlich gebucht, weil sie nah am Flughafen liegt und einen Pool hat. Umso enttäuschender war es, dass uns trotz vorheriger Kommunikation erst am Tag der Anreise mitgeteilt wurde, dass der Pool bis Anfang März nicht nutzbar ist. Das wirkt leider so, als wäre diese Information bewusst zurückgehalten worden – vermutlich, weil eine Stornierung am Anreisetag nicht mehr möglich war.

Das ist besonders schlecht, weil man in der Umgebung nicht wirklich etwas unternehmen kann – der Pool war für uns daher eine absolute Grundvoraussetzung. Insgesamt wird vor Ort noch viel gebaut und es besteht baulärm.

Zusätzlich konnten wir das Fenster im Bad nicht schließen, wodurch Mücken ins Zimmer kamen. Außerdem haben wir eine Kakerlake im Zimmer entdeckt, was natürlich gar nicht geht.

Great Value for money - ideal for a one-night stay close to the airport
Pros:

Free shuttle to airport was great, I had to go back to the airport again and the second ride was cheap. Staff are all super friendly, food was good too. Excellent value for money and only 15 minutes to the airport.

Cons:

Food was okay, should've had Sri Lankan rather than a Western style breakfast.

Excellent value for money.
Pros:

The hotel was under renovation but my room was clean, modern and comfortable. It was near Colombo Airport. Good shower with plenty of hot water.

Cons:

There was no reception as such. I was shown to my room by a young man operating a cement mixer. Made me doubt whether I was in the right place. More a Guest House or B&B than a hotel.

Pros:

The property is perfect to arrive or depart from Sri Lanka. It's close to the airport and they even include free airport transfer for you. It has a homely feeling with tortoises roaming around in the evening in the garden. The rooms are big and are independent structures so you almost feel like in a resort and enjoy your privacy. There is a swimming pool also available. And don't forget to eat the buffalo yogurt! I think it's their speciality which they don't even really say.

Cons:

Some of the tiles in the swimming pool were broken so i got a small cut.

I would recommend this peaceful and friendly hotel.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and made me feel at ease on my arrival. They also accommodated my nut allergy well.

Cons:

It was a shame the pool was closed.

Уютное местечко, с красивыми деревьями и черепахой, гуляющей по территории отеля.
Pros:

Бронировали этот отель специально близко к аэропорту, чтоб утром не опоздать на самолет. Красивые и чистые, с классным ремонтом, большие номера. При отеле ресторан, все вкусно и никуда не надо выходить, чтоб поужинать, музыка при ресторане просто респект, хотелось там сидеть всю ночь. Готовят правда долго, если сказали что через 40 мин., значит смело можно умножать это время на 2, но это был конец нашего путешествия и мы уже это принимали как данность этой страны. Но не смотря на это, трансфер утром был подан четко по времени, стоимость входила в оплату за проживание..

Cons:

Немного случилась накладка по номерам и нам вместо трех номеров предложили 2, пришлось уплотнится с друзьями в одном просторном 4-х местном номере. Но это было всего на 1 ночь, так что не беда. По цене с нас взяли за два номера, а не за три, так что претензий к управляющим отеля не возникло.

La cercanía al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Demasiado dejado, sobretodo el baño. Le faltaba limpieza, arreglos importantes y gel de ducha.
Solo para dormir la noche de llegada a Sri Lanka y ya.
