It was comfortable and well equipped.
Pros:

The location was great. Easy to walk to different places. The staff were very nice and helpful in fixing the television when it couldn’t work. Very polite in answering questions and gave good suggestions. Had good wifi too.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable!
Pros:

Le personnel très gentil, l’hôtel très bien entretenu, la laverie super pratique, distributeur avec du paracetamol, la petite boulangerie à côté qui sert le petit dej de l’hôtel.
La salle de sport bien équipée, la piscine.

Cons:

Les chambres sont vraiment petites.

Great location- easy to get around from
Pros:

Location was great- made it easy to get around the town. Close to the blue mansion. Also had laundry facilities in the property that was convenient to use.

Cons:

It kinda felt more like a hostel than hotel, and the fire alarm went off a few times from people using toasters.

Very clean, room small, no drinking water in the room. Insist check-in at only 3pm was not great.

Cleanliness excellent. The new and colourful atmosphere were Excellent.

Cons:

Room was small, no bottled water or any drinking water in the room. Cant possibly expect us to take from the tap in Malaysia. And to insist check-in at only 3pm was not great. It seemed inflexible and way so late, would be better if can be flexible for check-in if arrival time was already 2pm-3pm. Although the staff at the end allowed me to check-in around 230pm, after i insisted.

Pros:

L'hôtel est récent et bien situé, à proximité de restaurants et du centre de Georgetown (tout est à distance de marche raisonnable). La chambre est confortable et le personnel est très agréable (ils nous ont aidé à obtenir des informations liées à un problème avec notre vol). L'hôtel dispose d'une laverie (très pratique). L'établissement fait des efforts en matière de protection de l'environnement : le sapin de Noël était fait avec des matériaux recyclés, de l'eau filtrée est proposée à tous les étages avec une carafe d'eau à disposition en chambre. A noter, la présence d'une cuisine pour les clients et la mise à disposition d'un micro-onde à l'étage. Enfin, gros coup de cœur pour la déco originale et colorée.

Friendly staff, cozy room
Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room had everything you need (and made the best use of space). I had a nice view of the water from the 5th floor. While the location is not in the prime center area, it's a short walk away.

Cons:

The room was clean but smelled a bit odd at the start. Think it needed some ventilation.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner un peu décevant, pas de buffet mais une boîte en carton recyclé avec produits locaux réchauffés
