what an amazing place

Gr8 stay! Has every you need. Convenient to airport and center city as Tram is across the street only bad experience was someone pulled the fire alarm at 5 in the morning evacuating the hotel.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room size was just right – not too big, not too small – and overall quite cozy. The staff and general atmosphere made it a pleasant experience. A couple of small areas could be improved: the wardrobes could be more practical, and there was some occasional noise from nearby rooms when furniture was being moved. I also noticed a slight smell coming through the bathroom vents. Nothing major, but addressing these details would definitely make the stay even better.

The hotel is trendy and vibing, the reception area is big with 2 restaurants/ cafes and lots of hanging around spots. The lobby is also great for getting your work done.

Great place to stay. Rooms were simple and beds could be updated but the facility was nice, breakfast good but pricey. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan!

There are two locations in Florence and I stayed at the Belfiore Hotel, which was a short walk or tram ride from Florence Station.

It was a bit out of the way from the city centre, but I think the hotel more than makes up for it with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including all clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool.

I can also recommend the restaurant and cafe adjoining the hotel too, both offered some fantastic food and were clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc.

New and clean

We enjoyed how spacious this hotel was. The rooms were perfect size and very clean. The hotel offered a lot. There was so much to do. The property is well kept. The rooftop was amazing and so were the views. The night life was chill and the street food portion and options was a plus. We loved renting bikes that were right outside the hotel and riding into the near tourist locations and plaza. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. We plan to use this hotel chain wherever possible. Very near to the Florence main train station.

The property was modern clean and safe. It has a cafe and restaurant in the lobby. Pool tables, areas to use your computers, a rooftop bar.
It was a quick check in and out.
Great hotel

The social hub was great! It’s walkable distance from the centre if one wants to walk but also 2min away from tram station making touring and getting to and from the airport super easy.
The staff was helpful and nice. It was clean. The room was great with a comfortable bed and pillows and a great shower! The rooftop pool and bar were great on a sunny day to unwind. Recommended

Didn’t require the workspaces but they were super cute

Amazing hotel! Cannot recommend enough. Way better in person than in the images provided. The service was 10/10 and a truly convenient and enjoyable hotel. Tram stop directly outside connects to the main train station and city centre.

The concept of the hotel has potential. The downstairs area has a nice atmosphere and the self-checkin was an easy process. However, the walls are too fine - you could hear everything! The bathroom has no fan, leading to an uncomfortable stale smell. The light switches are inconveniently at the front of the room and overall it was just meh.

Simple but good. The room was confortable and the bed as well.

Brand new hotel with stunning rooftop garden, bar, and enormous pool, with spectacular view of the Duomo.
The staff is very attentive and made our stay feel special.
The bed was very comfortable.
The energy and the vibe in the hotel is very positive, it had a great feel to it.
Restaurants were excellent, breakfast was plentiful. Neighborhood had great restaurants, too.
Walking distance to all sites, but the tram stops right outside the front door as well.

They are understaffed at front desk. There is always a line to ask even a simple question. The staff is young kids who obviously don’t care about the clients’ problems or questions. I felt like they were fake and put out to help me.

Excellent gym super clean 24 hours available really enjoyed

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved absolutely everything, I would definitely come back and as well recommend this place to everyone
