今回は出張で利用しました。
以前にも泊まりましたが、駅前だからか若い子が夜中にはしゃいでるのがたまに傷。ちょっとうるさいです。
ホテルも古いですが、特に不便する事もないので、ビジネス利用で駅近を探してるなら悪くないと思います。静かなホテルをお探しなら、もう少し駅から離れた方がいいかも。
スタッフ、サービス、客室は特に可もなく不可もなくいたって普通だと感じました。
仕事で利用するならこういう所で十分かと。

古いホテルです。2日目に朝食をお願いしました。とても丁寧に作られているのがわかる、美味しいごはんでした。ドレッシングやソースも手作り感が感じられ、美味しくて、1000円なので1日目もお願いすれば良かったです。ごはんが美味しくてスタッフさんのプロフェッショナルさが安心で、古いホテルですが立地も良く、きっと人気なのだなと思えました。1日目は駅弁と飲み物を買い、1500円ほどかかりました。

駅から近く、HPで見る以上に清潔で快適でした。
設置されているシャンプー、リンス、ハンドソープも質が良いもので良かったです。
女性は髪を乾かすのに時間がかかるため、ドライヤーがもう少し上位種のものだと助かります。（悪くはないのですが時間がかかりました）
また、次回三島に来ることがあればぜひ泊まりたいです。

駅チカ、リニューアルされた部屋とバスルーム、スタッフの対応、全てが良かった。沼津、熱海、伊東方面のアクセスが良いので、観光でもお勧めしたい宿。三島は新幹線停車駅なのに、買物するところは駅チカに少ないのが不満（宿の責任ではないが、書かせていただいた）
