禁煙部屋を予約したが、案内してもらった部屋は喫煙部屋チェックインの時に⚪︎⚪︎さま3枚様禁煙部屋のご用意になりますと案内して入った部屋は3部屋とも喫煙部屋何故、説明して欲しい。

ツインに宿泊。部屋はゆったりしていて、くつろげた。　　大浴場は、こじんまりしていましたが、すいていたため、ゆっくりとお湯につかることが出来たので満足です。　　朝食は、地元の名産を野菜たっぷり使い優しい味付けで、とても美味しかったです。スタッフの皆さん、みんなが感じが良くて快適に過ごせました。部屋にバゲージラックがあるといいと思いました。

Great place 5 min walk to and from shin-yamaguchi station and can leave luggage here and they will place it in your room for you. great service and great facilities. even an onsen on 2nd floor
