I had planned my trip to San Antonio months ago and thought I would give this place a shot. I'd never been to the area and it appeared to be a quaint stay from the photos. However when I had arrived early to check the place out. It was just a run down mess. The person at the front counter was rude. There was a smell that was making me feel ill. This place it the epitome of skid row. I ended up deciding to find different accommodations after stopping. As I was leaving I had someone who was staying there come out and warn me against staying there and she had complained about not having TV for days. This place is not worth the savings at all unless you want to risk getting some kind of illness.

The cable did not work so two days without tv and also the sink in the bathroom had a nonstop leak when you turned the water on all in all it was an okay stay needs work

worst hotel ever

I made my reservation online through Expedia paid $427.00. When I showed up at the hotel to check in, the manager told me my room didn't have a TV and I can only have 1 pet (I have 2). So he said he can cancel my reservation and give me a full refund. After which he proceeded not to cancel my reservation but say I didn't show up and kept my money. When I confronted him he said his computer doesn't let him cancel or give refunds just check in and check out. When Expedia called them to get my refund they said I never showed up. This is the worst place to stay it's run down, homeless people all around I'm half I didn't get to stay but upset that someone would blatantly lie to keep someone else's hard earned money. I will never stay at any hotel that is owned by Oyo or super 7.

I tour in a punk band and have stayed many places all over the country including a halfway house. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Filthy and falling apart. Stains on sheets and towels. Woke up having been bitten all over by something. I suggest sleeping in a sewer underground before staying at this place. This review is NOT hyperbole. This place is the worst.

Very dirty. I had to sleep fully clothed because the bed and sheets were so dirty and . The room smelled heavy of cigarettes it was very beyond disappointed

In the entire room, only two of the 4 power outlets worked. At that, they were the ones used for the cable box and tv (whose cables and cords were just hanging sloppily and everywhere), the other was directly across the room which powered the microwave and mini fridge, both horrendous and not clean, and both the microwave stacked on top of the fridge, right smacking the middle of the two beds. ( I ordered a king bedroom). Then there wasn’t a remote control for the tv plus no phone in the room to be able to phone the front desk, so I had to head over 3 different times to first ask for the remote, then the following two times to have them replace it with another because that remote wasn’t programmed with the tv. Each time I tried to program them myself but of course, there was an administrative lock that wouldn’t allow me to access the features to do so. Thankfully I had a surge protector extension cord and my apply tv because if not, I probably would’ve blown up after that 3rd time with the remote ordeal. Oh and did I mention the soda machine wasn’t working either and there wasn’t an ice machine either and yes they may be per friendly with a $35 one time non refundable pet deposit but the entire property is asphalt and is so close to Fredericksburg that you definitely need to proceed with caution if you have a dog that needs a little more attention when walking them so as not to be pulled into oncoming traffic.

The absolute worst place i have ever stayed. Should not be allowed to be on here. Bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned toliet was zip tied together. Fridge was burned from where it has been on fire. Windows were unlocked and open when i got their. Tv did not work even in the rooms they say they did. And to top it all off show cutain feel on my 90 year old grandma. Any motel 6 is 100× better than here

TV didn’t work the room is obviously dated but at the price point compared to nearby competitors it’s about average for what you’d pay elsewhere
