I stayed for seven days, but they cleaned the room only once on the first day when I checked in. After that, they never came to clean at any time. Even after repeatedly telling them, they cleaned the dustbin only once.

Cons:

Everything else. If you see the price and think you are getting a bargain think again. You are getting what you pay for. It's marginally better than sleeping on the street.

The stay was good only the things I mentioned above should be rectify as sons as possible

The location is superb and all the staff is very good their service is nice

Cons:

The cleanliness should be upgraded and the things inside the bathroom should be take care like liquid soap for hand wash and room dustbin should be clean

This is NOT a hotel, but a hellhole

It's located near Park Street and that's the only positive thing about this hotel

Almost everything -
First of all, the staff. I have never seen anyone with such rude , uncivilized, uncouth and brutish behaviour in my life. There was this guy sitting at the reception desk- dark, thin, clean shaven and my God! He shouted at me and outright denied my entry. He wasn't even ready to listen to me. He spoke to me aggressively & abused me on my face. When I tried to explain , he started screaming and swearing.

Secondly, the hotel is dirty. Absolute hellhole. I couldn't find a spot which could be termed as clean. The elevator wasn't working and no one was there at the entrance to guide me to the reception desk.

I could see the inside of one room(the door was open) and I was startled. It had damp walls, unclean bed sheets and I could even smell the stench emanating from that room though I was standing 10 feet away from it.

The locality is also horrendous with open sewers, feces of various animals scattered everywhere on the road leading to the hotel, dusty, loud men playing football blocking the main road.

I mean, I could go on and on, but the list won't end.

One simple request to all - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
