Pros:

I booked an executive room for my parents and sister for their visa interview. They said that it sleeps 3 but they gave a queen bed which can fit only 2. Upon request, they arranged extra mattress on the floor.
The worst part is the bathroom doesn't lock, it doesn't even have a knob, flush not working, room is dirty. When requested to change the room, they said it was Sunday and there were no available rooms. They sent a plumber to fix the flush after reporting.
