Large clean light filled room. Booked a VIP room. Good rate. Rooms look recently updated.
A bit far from city center. About a 20 minute walk to market. But GRABS are cheap.

It's very clean, it's in a good location, and the staff is very helpful.
Just a heads up - they don't have a lift/elevator. Make sure you're up for walling up some stairs!
