朝、清掃スタートが早すぎでうるさい。結果、ゆっくり出来ない。朝風呂行って二度寝しようとしたが寝れず余計疲れた。
忙しいのはわかるがもう少し配慮していただきたい。

以前よりも宿泊料金は高くなり、室内や朝食はどこかしら安っぽくなってしまいお得感が薄れた印象。室内に部屋着がなくフロントに電話したらフロントに取りに来てくださいと言われ、行ったのにまだ用意されておらず部屋に持っていきますと言われたり、人手が足りないのかなという感じでした。さらに窓ガラスに子どもの手の跡がたくさんついていたり冷蔵庫の上に埃が積もっていたのが気になりました。丁度お盆時期で宿泊客も多かったのですが、朝食ビュッフェのウォーターサーバーがとても小さく、案の定すぐに空になり水が飲めませんでした。以前と比較しては申し訳ないのですが、あの地域では一番いいホテルですし、とても良いサービスを提供してくれていたので、価格に見合ったサービス、清潔感、丁寧さ等リニューアル後も頑張ってほしいです

クラッシックで心地よいホテル
Pros:

建物自体は古いと思いますが、滞在したデラックストリプルという部屋はリノベーション済みで綺麗でした。また、隣接の温泉施設は宿泊者は入り放題も嬉しかったです。
ホテルの方も、皆さん気持ちの良い接客で、また遊びに来ようと思いました。

Though the building seems old, the room we stayed, Deluxe Triple, had been renovated and clean. You can go to the hot spring facility next door as many times.
They know hospitality. We were quite happy with our stay.
