Fantastic experience from booking through check out. Staff answered questions promptly prior to check in and responded to requests for towels within 20 minutes (which was appreciated, but not needed as I requested for the next day). Dinner was fabulous, staff was exceptional. Breakfast is quick grab and go, or hot food (extra cost) to order if required. Traveled with group of 4 adult family members and suite was spacious and comfortable. Walk to town is quick, tough the uphill back is very dark so be mindful of wildlife. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing clean cabin style place. Just off the main strip with a 10 minute walk. Beats paying for parking for sure. Peaceful fire pit at night with a stream to listen to while you relax. Would highly recommend!

Nice new place with comfortable furnishings and upscale facilities. We were happy it was a little out of the way and off the main drag. I’d recommend dinners at Bennett’s barbecue or big daddy Pizza very close by and have their own parking lot so you don’t have to get involved in the craziness in the center of town. The breakfast was pretty basic. It was basically coffee, muffins granola and Chobani yogurt and very limited fresh fruit. You could buy additional add-ons if you wanted to.

The buildings and rooms are beautiful. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. We’re definitely making this our go to place for Gatlinburg. Highly recommend going to Anakeesta as well!

Absolutely lovely stay in this small boutique hotel. Quiet but friendly, easy to walk to what is needed, but far enough away to enjoy nature. Yes, I did see a bear!

Excellent lodge feel and room for the mountain area. This hotel checkin was easy, clean and private. I wish we had more time to see the area more but look forward to coming back here again. Beware because when we pulled down the street first thing on the side of the road was a black bear. I thought it was fake to welcome the tourists, but nope that thing was real. Just keep an eye out when visiting the mountains as it is real you may see them. Overall a great place and stay.

Amazing place to stay!!!

Absolutely stunning hotel! The design is beautifully thought out, blending clean, modern comfort with a cozy mountain ambiance. Our room was spotless and so inviting—we truly loved our stay. The staff were all warm and welcoming, and a special shoutout to Kesha at the bar who made me the best cocktail after a long drive. It was exactly what I needed!

Celebrated our 10th Anniversary here and loved it! Once e arrived and got settled into our premium king room we decided to extend our stay. The premium room wasn’t available so we had to move to a one bedroom suite which is smaller. I wouldn’t select the one bedroom again. Bathroom awkward and bed uncomfortable. The premium king room was superior! Bed was soo comfy and bathroom was huge! Extra pillows and blanket are supplied as well. Continental Breakfast supplies consisted of yogurt, fruit, muffins & cereal, coffee, tea & juices. There are menu options you can purchase which we did and they were good!
Restaurant was closed The evenings we were there. I was impressed to see the young gentleman who cleans, on a ladder cleaning the inside of the outdoor lights! Fire pits were lit every morning and night.
The staff were all very friendly!!
Walking distance to downtown, about 12 minutes. Steep road to walk back up so be mindful. There’s a huge parking lot at the bottom of the road with $10 parking if you don’t want the walk up the hill.

Check in was difficult because I never received the check in email with room assignment but after we figured that out The place was clean and quiet and beautiful.
