Great For Short Stay
Pros:

It is an average hotel, things like lights are broken, bedsheets are not so clean, toilet bathtubs are broken, shower heads are broken, furnitures are broken. No wifi, tv is rather small and poor reception.

I get it that it is a service apartment. But the standard of things inside is really mostly broken and in need of patching or repairs. Do take note that they will come in to do room services without any notice.

Pros:

I booked Taheeens Suite at Berjaya Times Square for a 2 nights stay in KL, Malaysia with family. It is one of the Service Suites in Berjaya Times Square that is connected to a Mall. Upon arrival, address indicated is confusing as it points far from Berjaya Times Square in Google Map. The owner has no clear instructions as to how to check-in, what suite number, and how to get the key to the property. I called the number given upon arrival and the person I spoke to was rude, did not answered my questions and turned off the phone. We asked the guard on duty, do not know who the owner is. One of the bystanders pointed to a guy who was probably the care taker of Taheeens Suite. Even him was a bit rude, seemed to be in a hurry. The suite was spacious for 4 adults. It has 2 bedrooms, a sala, a dining table for 3 persons and a small kitchen with ref, microwave and hot water kettle. It is located in 41st floor. Interior is old, needs renovation. A fresh coat of paint, change of curtains and carpets could give the place a better look. Good for short stay only. Price per night is expensive. Better to stay in a hotel with the same price.
