Clean room, staff was pleasant

Nice property. It’s our second staying there on the last month and half. It’s new, clean, convenient and has been much more affordable than a lot of other properties. Staff was very nice as well. We would certainly return when we visit the area again.

Good location for amphitheater

Hotel is brand new. It is nice. The first room offered to me by front desk was occupied . . . Second room was fine. Hotel is in a noisy area either that or not well insulated - road noise late into night. After getting in the shower, it hit me there was no bath towels. YIKES. Dried off with hand towel which I was grateful to have. Front desk staff could not have been nicer or more attentive.

Great new property.

Booked for a concert and prices were high. Day before & day of check-in prices dropped considerably but it was too late to get a refund or "Expedia credit". Prices outside of expedia were a lot cheaper. Oh well, you live & you learn. Nothing is free- breakfast, etc. But p I ace is brand new & everything is new & fresh. Easy walk to amphitheater across the street, convenience stores & Tacobus across the street. Would i stay again? Maybe but wont book through expedia

Had to move my room 3 times because the TV did not work. Had to wait along time for the water to get hot in the shower. However, the associates were very friendly and the room was clean.

In town for a concert at the mid Florida amphitheatre. This hotel was perfect walking distance, seemed clean and new. Would stay here again. Only downside is the lack of free breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-kept, which made for a comfortable visit. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. While breakfast was not included and felt a bit pricey for the selection offered, the overall experience was still positive. The only drawback was that the rooms were not very soundproof, but it didn’t take away too much from our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we look forward to returning.
