Expedia weißt bei Buchung darauf hin Frühstück inbegriffen, auf der Buchungsbestätigung ist dies nicht enthalten. Im Hotel mussten wir €15 zusätzlich fürs Frühstück bezahlen.

Literally brand new. Good price for a modern accomodation compared to those on the main island.

宿泊時、近くが工事中だったり隣の建物で大音量で音楽が流れていたりしましたが、ホテル内は静かだったので防音は効いていると思います。

Close to water taxi and water bus as well as People Mover

Great Staff, I forget his name but the Bangladesh guy in the restaurant was very friendly, attentive and served us very good! The meals including breakfast were delicious! Very pleasant w my choice!

Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in dem Hotel.
Das Hotel ist ein Neubau und alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken war kostenlos in der Tiefgarage. Die Vaporetto Anlegestelle war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt vom Hotel. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden immer wieder kommen, wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

This hotel is brand new, and they have provided very nice amenities. The train station is easily accessed by either water taxi or a modern tram.

Will be an excellent property when finished. Convenience for water taxi since it was very close to a dock. Staff and breakfast excellant. Got locked out of our room multiple times the next day as the door code stopped working. Staff were very nice but it took multiple trips to the desk to fix.
Nothing great to look at even with a sea view since they were still working on the property.
Beds were very comfortable and rooms were large with lots of nice touches like shampoo, body wash and hand cream.

I spent 2 nights here which felt like a new hotel. 5 mins walk to get the water bus or land bus. Breakfast from 6:30am which is great when you need an early start but my last morning the waiter setting up made me wait 10 mins until I could start because he hadn't made everything look perfect yet. Overall a good stay though, I would return.
