Lugar súper limpio, con mucho cuidado a los espacios en común y con buena privacidad para las cápsulas, la limpieza se nota y el personal es super amable! La ubicación de igual manera muy buena a unos pasos del metro y aunque es tan cercano al centro, no es ruidoso

Very clean, confortable bed, big locker for luggage, near Noviciado subway station and Dia supermarket. A block from Gran Via. Location is good and safe.

We stayed at the Urban Inn hotel in Madrid and were pleasantly surprised by how new, clean, and modern everything felt. The sleeping pods were fairly comfortable, and while we were on a bottom bunk, we could hear movement from the capsule above—which might be worth considering if you’re a light sleeper. It was a bit warm inside the capsule, but cracking the door helped. There’s a fan inside, which is loud but personally comforting if you’re used to white noise. It did help with airflow.

Bathrooms were located one floor down from the sleeping area. They were sleek and modern, though I wished I had brought more modest sleepwear since the sleeping quarters aren’t gender-separated. The showers had excellent rain-style heads and perfect water temperature, though changing was tricky with only one bench for six stalls.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to major tourist spots and several metro stations. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Storage was minimal but functional: one drawer under the capsule fit two carry-on bags. Note that towels and padlocks come with an extra charge.

Overall, this hotel offered great value for the price. Despite a few quirks, I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The main selling point of this hostel is the location. I cannot stress how ideal it is. Everything is near from urban amenities to tourism spot. You literally can explore the whole city in a few hours just because how close it it.

I will stress though, there are 80 capsules and a lot of people living in a small amount of space. At some point, things can get really busy and even smelly/dirty. The staff puts a lot of effort in cleaning but realistically they can't do it 24/7. This is a hostel after all. You are saving in price over convenience and for that I have to give 5 stars.

To staff: the biggest source of improvement is ventilation. Having that installed would greatly help. Or have people only wear slippers in the sleeping area. Moving the shoe rack outside would greatly improve the smell that an air freshener can't fix.

Eu gostei muito do hostel, super recomendo, organizado, tranquilo, o espaço da cama é bem grande, muito perto da gran vía, perto de outro lugares famosos cerca de 10min

Cheguei após as 00:00 e o hotel cobrou uma taxa (15 euros) de late check in, o que não faz muito sentido sendo que chegamos mais tarde e teoricamente usaríamos o hotel por menos tempo.
Devido ao verão, acredito que poderiam melhorar a situação da temperatura nos quartos. As capsulas são de madeira, e fica quase impossível dormir de tanto calor. Tem um exaustor absurdamente pequeno que quase não faz diferença.
A localização é o ponto forte. Muito central e a poucos metros do metrô e da Gran Via.

Only comment is that wifi was slow at times. Otherwise excellent location. Great value.

Esperienza super positiva.. era la prima volta che alloggiavo in un hotel a capsule ero un po’ spaventata all’idea ma Urban inn Madrid ha superato le mie aspettative.

They were cleaning everyday, it was clean every morning and evening and also smelled nice. Staff was very friendly and even gave us recommendation for breakfast :)

Apesar das instalações parecerem novas. Os chuveiros não funcionavam e o ventilador não é suficiente para refrescar a cabines. Só há uma geladeira para todos e não tem espaço na geladeira para seus pertences. Os quartos ficam com cheiro ruim por causa da sapateira no corredor na frente dos quartos e pessoas da limpeza não abrem as janelas para arejar. Não tem local dentro do banheiro para colocar shampoo e sabonete quando tomamos banho.

No es hotel. Son capsulas, y no son las mejores.
