Pros:

I am a very experienced traveler and have used Expedia for so many of my reservations, but I have to say this is the worst booking experience I have had. The room was nothing like the pictures or the description. We booked a comfort room and received a basic room. The manager would not admit the mistake. Also, the heated bathroom floors didnt work. The only redeeming quality was the laundry room.
