A every day essentials for a rental accommodation. Where you can have a fridge, you can cook your own meal, seat down and eat , all in the same space.

Terrible communication, whole building inside smelt of smoke and overall was not a clean place.

I realise that I was paying a premium price for the Saturday night because of the Oasis concert and this was all that was left available. Not coming from the area and reading the reviews I had an expectation that it may be a lower grade property. It is in a poor area and I can only imagine what the normal clients would be like. But it didn’t feel entirely safe. The lock on the door was very loose and had no fitting, just going into a hole in the battered door frame. There was a couple, who at 3am were trying to kick their door open. Following much shouting. There was blood on the hand rail on the stairs the next morning. The room was very poorly maintained, laminate flooring peeling up. Thick paint on wood frames which meant bathroom door didn’t close properly. Mould satins in bathroom. It had been cleaned to the best of its worth but when it’s in such a poor state it’s difficult to see past it all. Chipped hob with burn on grease stains. Smashed light coverings. Bottom on kitchen cabinets not fixed. Worst of all was the extremely stained mattress with blood and all sorts & no mattress protector on. The sheet covering it had a cigarette burn hole. Staff were very friendly but I feel there’s little they can do. It’s a bitter pill to swallow, paying hundres for 2 nights when we were pretty scared to go to sleep.

The room was basic which is fair enough but it was full of dust, conwebs, handles were half broken, doors were battered. Walls were paper thin! We could hear everything including a couple arguing all night

HONEST REVIEW AFTER OUR STAY

So we booked this property for a place to crash after seeing Oasis. We only needed a bed for the night and it was ok for what we wanted or expected. If you’re planning on staying here as a family or with kids then possibly look elsewhere.


The place is a bit run down but not massively, the rooms are basic with your own toilet and the room wasn’t dirty but it could have done with a bit of TLC or a lick of paint to freshen it up. Bed sheets were clean, bed was comfy and the toilet was clean. We were on the lower floor and one issue was we were right next to the entrance door and with people coming in and out we could hear it. This happened until maybe 2/3am so sleep was a bit disturbed. Staff were helpful, kept in touch by text. If I was attending another gig at heaton park I’d stay here again. It’s about a 30 min walk to heaton park.

Really poor welcome from reception took me 45 minutes to get into my room from arrival was calling the contact number and was getting blanked

This stay wasn't great. The room wasn't as nice as the pictures and needs some TLC. The wallpaper was ripped for instance, poor wifi and the sofa bed very hard. It was also in a very rough part of the city.

They ensured I had check in details prior to arrival and made sure we had a comfortable stay

Good property, will recommend.

Boa estadia . O apartamento possui uma cozinha com fogao , microondas e refrigerador . E simples , sem luxo , porem limpo. Possui estacionamento e comercio ao redor . A opcao de comida sera somente indiana , porem ha dois shoppings com mercado ao redor . Comprei minha comida e fiz no quarto.
