The room was clean house keeping was awesome

The hotel is nice but they need to do more with the facilities. There are no kini fridges in the rooms so is an inconvenient for guest that need to keep medications cold. Granted they allow to store them in the restaurant's fridge but then you are at the mercy of the hours of operations.
The restaurant's is nice and right on the beach.

Un hotel realmente descuidado, tenía una lámpara en la cama con todos los cables pelados y caída y así tuve que dormir, luego es súper caro para lo que ofrece, pedí una “suite” que de Suite no tiene nada es pequeña la habitación y no tiene balcón pague más por la vista al mar y la verdad deprimente

Tres myen comme endroit, pas d eau embouteillé, pas de frigo disponibles, salle de bain tres tres petite, impossible de s y changé

People were nice but one of the girls working in the beach club wanted an extra tip, which I think was rude. The breakfast offered only eggs and extra sugary French bread. The only thing good was fruiti. The hotel is old and it doesn't look clean, everything is stained and old. It looks like they don't do anything to remodel or make it somewhat better. But the good thing is that we had our room cleaned every day and given clean towels and had our sheets changed one time.
This is unrelated to a hotel, but there was sea weed all over the beach and it produced a horrible stench.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment.The hosts are super friendly and helpful however the room could use some TLC. The faucets have calcium buildup(not a super big deal though). The apartment is clean overall but there is mold on the bottom part of the wall in the living room area. It stormed one day and we found the cause of it. The sliding door area that leads outside leaks when it rains, therefore we had water everywhere in the living room. We did inform the front desk and they came and cleaned it up quickly. The beach club is included. We did not have the breakfast, but we did swim and have a few drinks. If you dont tip very well, they will question the amount you give them which was a little rude. The person did apologize the next day and we did enjoy the rest of the time we spent down there even though it's a little pricy for drinks. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. Location is perfect, hotel staff is amazing, the beach club started sour but ended up being relaxing.

La ubicación es excelente. Esta sobre la playa, lastimosamente no limpian el sargazo ent9nces hay feo olor. Pero eso es en toda la costa del centro.

Pessimo lugar, não tem refrigerador nos quartos, a privada não tem força para água, café da manhã restrito, nem tomamos 1 dia o café da manhã e os demais dias desistimos. NÃO RECOMENDO

Excelente lugar para Hospedarse

Es un lugar seguro para tomar unas merecidas vacaciones y más si viajas sola.

Muuuy grosero el personal, no todas pero una en particular muy grosera
No te hacen el aseo diario, están suuuper chiquitos los cuartos
Es playa y no tienen refrigeradores
El personal del restaurante super bien , hay un argentino que se llama yamil que hizo toda la diferencia
Las camas están súper a gusto y el minisplit también

On a public beach which was noisy most of the time.

Was pretty good and the costumer service was great and else people are so frenly

We paid for a room with more space, two beds and ocean view. The ocean view was completely blocked the glass was extra dirty. They moved us to a smaller room, one bed and no balcony. If we canceled we wouldnt get the full refund due to their policies. It was a complete rip off. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. We had to park blocks away because they didnt have any parking nearby. I think the only partially good thing was the Mexican scrambled eggs.

El personal amable. Instalaciones limpias. Lugar inmejorable frente a la playa y cerca de donde se toma el ferry a Cozumel.

Beautiful ocean beach view as we paid extra for that type of room. The pool area and restaurant are also beautiful, couldn't ask for more there.

Our room was at the far west corner of the property and where this review takes a hit. Very very noisy, as the sound from the park on the other side of the wall to the west comes right into the room, usually until 2am, as there are Mexican local buskers playing loud music and singing desperately for tips. There was no notice of our room being the noisy one, would definitely request any other beach front room, as the noise from the beach finishes much earlier, around 1130pm.

AC worked but the fan was extremely weak and so it wasn't very effective. One of our bed lights was broken off the wall and hanging from the power cable. But this doesn't affect the review much as the ocean view really was spectacular.

Not a complaint, as it's a reminder your far from home, but none of the staff speak English, so you'll need your phones translator handy for anything other than hi and bye.

Breakfast doesn't start until 8am which is unfortunate as most day trips you have to already be at the shuttle for then, no reason not to start breakfast at a more reasonable 7am, as the days do start and finish early there. Perhaps this works in the hotel's favor, less takers.

You get what you pay for and this was a 2000$ CDN 8 night stay, but the noise from the park was terribly inconvenient making rest limited for our eventful day trips.
