Pros:

Der Service ist leider wirklich sehr schlecht. Es bleibt mir ein Rätsel wie dieses Hotel sein 4,5 Sterne bekommen hat. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 30 qm gebucht und bekamen in unserer ersten Nacht ein Zimmer mit ca. 20 qm – mit unebenem Abfluss in der Dusche, an dem man sich leicht den Zeh anstoßen konnte. Mitten in der Nacht fiel die Halterung des Duschgels ab. Im Schlafzimmer gab es keine Leselampen, wir hatten lediglich einen Schalter für alle Lampen. Als wir das Zimmer betraten war zudem eine riesige Heuschrecke darin. Es gab kein Zimmer zum Ausweichen. Für die zweite Nacht bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, das zwar größer war, aber dafür keinen Meerblick hatte wie versprochen. Der Service an der Rezeption war zudem unangemessen schlecht. Die Freundlichkeit und das Entgegenkommen haben leider gefehlt, um den Aufenthalt zu dem zu machen, was wir uns für diesen Preis erhofft hatten. Für 320 Euro pro Nacht einfach inakzeptabel. Das einzig gute: das Frühstück und der Pool. Ansonsten alles in allem eine große Enttäuschung.

Amazing concept, accommodation, staff and service. We tried both restaurants for dinner, great views and service but food did not live up to the expectations we had based on the rest of the hotel.

Gorgeous, unique property nestled into a mountainside with beautiful views. Truly one of the most scenic places I've stayed.
Service was slow, but it was a busy evening.

Pros:

Awful parking. Very pretentious hotel. A lot of building work around property. No table in room. Cannot use the pool before 10:30am and after 5/6pm. No shuttle service to/from town. Staff helpful where they can be. No real area to wind down/relax aside from room before and after those hours. Spa is incredible.
