Pros:

This was a great place if you want to be right in the old town .We found it to be perfect .The room was clean with lots of room very nice space with a view of river.You do have stairs but we were ok with that ,this area is up and down so you need to be mobile or you would have a problem.Stock up at Auchan for food as many grocery stores are crazy pricey with on selection. We would stay here again was perfect fit for us walking to many places was good just lots of up and down Porto is on the hill.

Pros:

The room is looking tired and requires re decoration and upgrade.

The noise levels outside were awful due to a restaurant being on the corner with people sat directly outside the room!

Pros:

Property location is excellent, the view beautiful from the 5th floor. Unfortunatly we had issues receiving checking in information on time due to online file problems.

Fue increíble, la mejor atención, el mejor espacio. Nos dejaron toallas extras solo por si se necesitaba… una de las mejores estancias.

Do not Stay in this Property
Pros:

This is not a hotel but instead, and to our surprise, a vacation rental. It is not outfitted as an extended rental. Kitchen utensils are very, very basic. Additionally, there are no grocery stores of any account in the area. DO NOT rent if you plan to make any meals beyond cereal/toast for breakfast or maybe cold sandwiches for lunch.

Before check-in, we weren't successful validating our identities electronically. The hotel has changed management since we booked it and we couldn't reach the new manager to clear up the problem by the telephone number on the confirmation.

Because we couldn't be validated, Authentic Porto House wanted a security deposit.

I refused to pay and Authentic Porto House relented.

I have arrived home and Authentic Porto House has sent a 41,00 Euro email invoice for cleaning. Of course I'm not going to pay it.

The accommodation was paid in full before we were given access.

Do not use this hotel.

Excelente lugar!
Pros:

Ótima localização, condiz com as imagens, todo equipado.
Só tivemos uma dificuldade com o lock box e a iluminação das escadas não estava funcionando. Mas isso não atrapalhou nossa agradável estadia.
