We got what we were looking for:A central hotel with 3 separate beds and own bathroom, so we were content. The bathroom (water heater) is a bit primitive, but thats often the case in older hotels. Easy check in and check out. Some noise during weekend nights.
Had a perfect stay. Very conveniently located next to Manchester Piccadilly station and an easy walk into central Manchester. Room was comfortable and clean, well priced. Nice little pub too.
Great location and great price
It was very noisy with buses and trams passing every 5 minutes . There is no noise cancellation what so ever so we could hear the people above us and next to us. There was only one bathroom and it was shared across the whole floor.
Ideal location and whilst the facilities are basic, that’s all you need for a weekend in Manchester! Comfy beds and clean room with a sink too. Would definitely stay here again.

A very quaint hotel located right next to Piccadilly station. Was a great spot to spend the night, grab a few drinks downstairs and catch an early train out of the station. The owners were very friendly at check in and while sharing a table in the pub.
had a one night stay here for a friends birthday, was nice clean and great we were all in one room,central great atmosphere in the pub as well
Great location - nice and warm and clean - price point excellent value
This was a pub aswell as hotel with a good selection of beer. Both manager, bar and hotel staff were friendly and welcoming greeting you making the stay feel comfortable. Central to Manchester Piccadilly train station and the shops all being a 10 minutes walk away. Hotel serves food at the bar area.
All staff were nice, bedrooms were clean and tidy, location is excellent.

Lo reservé por su proximidad con la estación de trenes. Es un hostal que está en la segunda y tercera planta de un pub. Hay un baño compartido por planta, o sea, no tienes un baño privado. Nuestro check in fue un poco caótico porque había una única persona para atender al bar y el hostal.
Stayed here with friends staff are friendly and the hotel was convenient as we travel into Manchester Piccadilly station
The staff i met were very nice & polite, the hotel was clean & tidy, the biggest problem i had was the bed, i could feel every spring, the design of the headboard is the worst, pillows just Squeeze easily while you move, through the "Bars" onto the floor.
