Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The shower was a bit weird. I had warm water for 30 seconds and then had to wait another 30 seconds to a minute to get another 30 seconds of warm water.
Also the shower is not very sealed, so my bathroom was under water after every shower. This might be by design since there is a drain in the middle of the bathroom.
Communication was a bit challenging because not every staff member spoke English.
Breakfast is from 6-10 and since I don't want to wake up early in my vacation, I was quite late to the buffet. On the first day the buffet was still there at around 9 but on later days I had to order via phone to my room.
Ordering on the phone and talking with someone who barely speaks English is even more challenging than doing it in person, so I had to wait for over an hour for breakfast on some days because the guy on the phone said something in Arabic and hung up the phone.
All staff members were super nice and helpful though and I felt welcome.
Google translate helped a lot.
The rooms are not very soundproof, so I would recommend everyone to bring earplugs.
The area around the hotel was great with lots of restaurants.
Even though the hotel has some flaws, I would go there again and recommend it.

Horrible experience
Pros:

Horrible du début jusqu’à la fin , à l arrivé la chambre réserve n existe plus , ils nous propose de nous relogé dans un autre hôtel de leur groupe, à 25min plus loin , nous acceptons désespérément de dormir à la rue , après 3h d attente sur place , nous partons en direction de la solution proposé dans un autre hôtel et a l arrivée ont nous demande d attendre a peu près 2h que la chambre soit prête , 2h après le réceptionniste nous donne 1 carte pour 4 voyageur , une fois dans la chambre ont se rend compte qu il n y a que 3 lits alors qu on est 4 et nous avons à la base réservé 4 lits , ont redescend ont lui explique que la chambre nous convient pas et que c est pas conforme encore une fois avec ce qu on a réserver , il nous dis qu il nous donne une autre chambre , ont lui dis ok on y va et la surprise sur surprise la chambre est infecte impossible de respirer ils ont aspergé la chambre avec un produit toxique de désinfection d’insecticide , des moisissures de partout des lits insalubre , les photos parle d elle même , ont a fuie l hôtel ont pouvais plus perdre une minute de plus ce cinéma a durée a peu près 7h de perte de temps , nous avons réservé un autre hôtel par nos propre moyen et subit à nouveau des frais de taxis et d hébergement à nos frais. Hôtel.com n’a pas pris sa responsabilité il n’ont aucun respect pour leurs client , horrible l expérience . Il refuse de nous indemniser . Pire voyage de ma vie .
