Le Premier Hotel & Rooftop Bar

Great dinner. Room was quiet and clean. Staff was amazing. On a quieter side street near the lake.

I stayed three nights at Le Premier. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I appreciated how they let me store my luggage for a couple days when I went to Halong Bay and also how on my last day in Hanoi I left my luggage and went on a walking tour after checking out then was able to shower in the spa before going to the airport. The price was very reasonable. My room was clean and had a view of the lake (7th floor).

It was quiet except for the evenings on the weekend when there were performances nearby at the lake. Those ended at a reasonable hour and not a dealbreaker since the entire area is loud from the night market and it is really fun to be out exploring during that time.

The food was really good at the rooftop restaurant and at breakfast. It was a nice and peaceful respite from the sometimes overwhelming street life of Hanoi.

It is on a quieter little street right by the lake and old quarter. The delicious 4ps pizza is just down the block.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is fantastic, one block off the lake. Lots of dining options and easy for transportation. Room was large, plenty of space for two adults and 2 kids. Staff was super helpful, would stay again for sure!

Le Premier Rooftop is in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but it is a haven inside. The staff are extra-friendly and helpful. If it rained, they offered umbrellas, and they were always there to offer suggestions for restaurants, spas, etc. it was a lovely stay.

Very nice boutique hotel with the great views on the roof top bar in the Old Quarter. Welcoming and friendly staff always ready to help. Strongly recommended!

We stayed for two nights at Premiere and we could not have been more satisfied. From good communication prior to our stay, to airport pick up, to afternoon tea getting me and my children out of the heat it was amazing. The breakfast satisfies the most and least adventurous eaters with delicious food and kind prompt service. I had a facial at the spa and loved the calm inviting design away from the business of the old quarter. The location is easy right next to the lake for easy navigating and discovery in Hanoi’s old quarter. If thinking of staying in Hanoi, you won’t be disappointed with this choice!

Stayed at the hotel for 5 days, it was excellent. The hospitality and service of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the location. The hotel manager is present at the hotel and makes sure everything is done properly.

Staff is exceptional - friendly kind and respectful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and include robes and slippers and adequate amenities. Enjoyed a massage in the spa that was excellent. best is the breakfast buffet with wonderful and varied options….delicious and beautiful. A solid place to stay in Hanoi with easy walking to the lake and ample options for dining and entertainment

This is our second time in Hanoi, staying in the Old Quarter. Le Premier Hotel is exceptional. The staff are incredibly attentive in ensuring our stay was comfortable and as expected.

We arranged a walking food tour in the Old Quarter and day trip to Ninh Binh through the hotel’s concierge. In fact, they reached out to me after I booked my stay to arrange any transportation or other amenities. Once connected with them, they were informative and kept me up to date with confirmations and clarifications. They even helped us arrange airport transport at our next destination. Their service was simply superb.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel’s restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable, with afternoon tea service included. The dinner menu, while more expensive than outside in the neighbourhood, was still an excellent value for hotel prices. Most dishes were under $10 CDN.

Their beef noodle soup (pho bo) is an absolute must have. The broth is clean and clear, with a deep richness in its balance of beef essence and spices. We had pho bo around the city, and the one at Le Premier is still one of the best we had on this trip. It was a bonus treat that they serve it as part of their breakfast buffet. Do not miss.

Finally, the Luxe rooftop bar is a gem. Situated on the 9th floor with clear views of Hoan Kiem lake and the bustling traffic intersections that is so characteristic of Hanoi and HCM. The bartender staff were engaging and friendly, and take

Le Premier is a relatively new hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi, a short walk to the lake and surrounded by local eateries and shopping options such as markets, silk street amongst others.
Our room was a good size with a view of the lake, bed very comfy, spotlessly clean.
Breakfast offered a reasonable array of Asian and western cuisine with personalised cooking of eggs any way you like and both chicken and beef pho, very tasty.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. You walk up external stairs to the rooftop bar which offers happy hour drinks two for one, but that does not include wine. Wine list offers some good options at reasonable prices.
The dining room offers very good viet cuisine and western options at night.
We were a group of 4 in their 60's and 70's. We all loved the place. A good base to explore Hanoi.

Excellent location, rooms are very modern, clean, and the staff is very accommodating and speaks English very well.

We had an excellent stay and the staff were great. The room was clean, comfortable and had a nice modern bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the complimentary afternoon tea was also great. The hotel is in a great location within the old quarter and overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
