Very nice 2 bedroom.

The property is very modern and close to the beach. I also felt very welcome by people working at the hotel.

Reception increased prices when we decided to stay longer. Saying we booked only Expedia prices !

Excellent little hotel. Very clean with small balcony. Area is very quiet on the back streets. With small kitchen. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful room, very spacious and clean. Would say the walk to the beach is more like 20/25 minutes but grabs come super quick and probably take 5 mins to get there. The roof terrace and pool are lovely and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I actually didn’t really want to leave and will 10000% stay here on my next visit to Da Nang

Good shower and bed.

The property is nice look fairly new and really clean but I notice a lot of rat’s running around across the street because of a big garbage mess..nothing to do with the hotel tho

개인적인 소견으로는 괜찮은 아파트먼트입니다.시설은 깨끗한 편이고 관리가 힘들겠지만 테라스에 의자 하나와 재털이를 비치하면 좀더 편안한 여행 이었을것 같습니다
야간에 계시는 아저씨는 영어 소통이 어렵습니다.체크인 아웃시 문제가 있을수 있습니다. 다낭에서 4일 있었는데 3일동안 태풍으로 별로 나가지를 못했습니다. 다낭 여행시 날씨 확인 잘하시고 즐거운 여행 되세요

Wonderful, amazing

Good

Amazing roof top 2 bedroom apartment. Huge balcony with chairs. Pool just above and the pool is ultra clean. Not a deep pool but just enough to cool you down and enjoy the view of the city. Staff was extra friendly and at the end of the stay they held onto our suitcases for 7 hours. Our bus wasn't until that night and they safely stored our gear while we ventured through the city.

I stayed here for 14 nights the staff made everything easy they gave me restaurant/coffee shop suggestions, helped me get a local SIM card, and had a motorbike delivered to the hotel with a very cheap rental price. They even parked my bike in secure basement parking for me overnight. Also, I really like the local area you get a blend of the nearby beach but you're in someone's neighborhood with Vietnamese flags outside every house. You really do get a taste of what Vietnam is really like.

Staff, cleanliness, and property conditions are great, 8 minutes walk to the beach

Would definitely book here again. Staff was very helpful and helped us arrange trips to local landmarks and places. Also booked us a private driver. Which is a must if you are planning on going to Hoi an.

We had a small snafu with our laundry, but they rectified the matter within minutes.

Lovely accommodation, probably one of the top i have stayed in Da Nang.
Only downside, was the rooster over the back of the hotel which screamed all night, also the nearby construction started at 7am.
Couple next door were literally fighting every night - verbally and physically, I was there for 4 nights and other guest were also inconvenienced. The management should have acted on this, as very unfair on everyone.
Could have offered more English TV chanels.
Shelf in the kitchen cupboard were the crockery was stored had a metal grid base.
I did not use and crockery, but the spoon fell through the metal gridding and smashed on the floor. Not at all my fault, just a very dangerous shelf base when the contents can fall through the spaces. I was actually charged for this too, which out of principle thought it was very unfair.

Comfortable room. Great location, close to the beach. Great value for the money spent.

Alles supi! Zimmer top, wie auf den Bildern. TV mit YouTube etc. Nah zum Strand und diversen Lokalen und Bars. Freundliches Personal.
