Pros:

Beware! This is a SCAM. When i reached there they said this hotel is under new management and wouldn't accept the booking.
Calling Fab Hotel sends it to their online agent. Fab Hotel calls the old hotelier who calls you and tries to settle you in a new hotel.
This whole thing is a scam.
