Pros:

Would differently stay here again and would highly recommend. Location was perfect. Check in and out was easy. Friendly staff. Thank you for all you do!!!

I normally try and find the best things I can about a place, but I've paid much less for a better place than this. First the place was nothing like the on line photos. When we arrived we were checked in by a woman who appeared to be a teenager, not professional at all, I was given my room key and that was it. No breakfast time, no times for the pool (which looked murky and green). Nothing. Went up to our room, the blankets had stains on them, there were cobwebs in the corners on the ceiling, only one set of towels for 1 guest(there was 3 of us). Looked like the ceiling leaked down the wall in a couple spots, the bathroom vent didn't work. I had to buy bulbs for the lights, one was missing and the other burned out. Breakfast was not good, I had biscuits and gravy which I couldn't finish the gravy was extremely salty. Only other item was waffles. Coffee was ok. I am hoping that this is new owners and they are just getting started. Normally we like to swim and relax on the balcony but we couldn't do either because of the pool and people smoking on their balcony in a smoke free hotel.

Pros:

Breakfast buffet was bad. No housekeeping. Rooms smelled musty. Guest services was non-existent. No ice machines. Beds were hard and smelly. Never again. I want my money back. The guy at check-in was rude.

Bathroom door could not be shut. Room was dirty. No ice available on premises.Towels were thread bare. No coffee available when we checked out at 8:30. Manager told me to get out and stay someplace else next time when I complained about conditions. Awful hotel!

Was called by manager wanting to know exactly what time I would be there. Gave him an estimated to time he then told me he was down grading my room that was reserved. Tired to call office and manager about hour later could not get an answer. Did not stay at that motel mainly due to safety issues due to traffic conditions and congestion.

Pros:

VERY limited breakfast. Had stink bugs on wall and ceiling. No one at front desk when checking in or need anything at all by phone at DESK.

. NO ICE at all in the entire hotel and only 1 machine. Was told it was because if COVID. NOT... just tell me it's broke. I dislike any one to insulting my intelligence. We've stayed at multiple hotels and they all had ICE and someone at the front desk. Inside pool and hot tub were green. Left a day early because it was so bad. The only highlight was Jasmine who worked overnights. She was really sweet.

There was no help. But the receptionist was on duty and super helpful and friendly. Anything that you wanted she tried to help. But she can only do with what she has to do with.

The first thing the desk attendant said to me
When we arrived was “Don’t expect the Taj Majal…”
That was the first red flag.
Went up to the room on the top floor. First thing we noticed was the carpet was dirty. The room was not marked so we could find it but figured out where it was but the key didn’t work. We went back down to speak to the desk attendant. He wasn’t there but left a number. We call and He had gone up and open the room. He came back down re keyed. We went back up got in the room but no lights. Found the lamp was unplugged. As I’m plugging it in I’m hit with an overwhelming smell of old urine coming from the carpet between the beds. It smell of human urine. The we noticed the sheets were stained and gross looking. We went down to talk to him and when we came up with clean sheets my niece pointed out all the bugs on the ceiling. The desk attendant showed up with a steam cleaner to clean the carpet but we already decided we could not stay there. We pointed out the bugs and his response was they were “Mountain Bugs” that show up every October. Well I’m not staying or paying for room with bugs! He showed us another room after a cancellation but it had bugs too! We left and by the grace of God we found a room 45 mins away in the direction we were traveling.

Of course he still charged me and I’m disputing. I took photo documentation.

Very poor condition, terrible customer service
Pros:

When we walked in the attendant was sleeping and had put up a sign that said “will return in ten minutes. For assistance cal xxx-xxxx” The couple behind me in line waiting called the number. The attendant burst up and basically yelled at them to stop calling her because she was up now. The entire stay went downhill from there. When we arrived to our room we found it to be in very poor condition. The room was very beat up. There was mold in the bathroom. Washcloth was dirty. But it was very late and we were exhausted. I will say that the mattress was very comfortable, so we were able to get some sleep. When we woke up to go down to breakfast it was also a disaster. We were in the lobby a full hour before breakfast was scheduled to end. They said they were out of milk. Most of the containers where food had been were empty. The gravy was so watered down that I can only call it white water. The area was very dirty/messy. We left without eating. Returned to our room, packed up and left. When I spoke to the man behind the desk to cancel our second night and complain about the condition of the room he said that he couldn’t do anything at all because we booked through Expedia. He said that the reason our room was in such poor condition is that they give their nice rooms to customers who book directly through the hotel, and they give their poorer rooms to those who book through Expedia. I was irate but realized I could get nowhere with him.

The lobby had a musky smell. The inside pool and hot tub were cloudy and didn't look very clean. The room was clean. The towels seem to be old and small. None of the ice machines worked.

Got they're on Sunday Trash by 2 story elevator sun was still their when I left Tue If you want towels take to front desk no cleaning service
Staff check in never said a word on telephone .. Mor Gal never stopped talking on phone. Was going to stay 5 days checked out the second still waiting on refund of 248.24 Guess good luck on that Might have to go back to oberts

Big bugs all over the walls and room. Maybe blood or something in the bathtub… moved to another room and still big bugs on the walls and ceiling also in the blinds… the worst of the worst… the manager was a complete jerk and told me not to be upset… he was terrible to many other guests that were waiting in line… the breakfast was awful…

Room was filthy, lamps wasn’t working, peeled walls. Management gave me bulbs to replaced had to make a few runs to the concierge/lobby. Request for another room they weren’t able to accommodate the request. Never again will I stay here. Don’t come here waste of money
