Cloud 7 Roma Hotel

The staff was very friendly and the whole hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. It looks like it may have been renovated recently. It’s very close to many famous attractions like the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain, so it was very convenient to be able to take a quick walk to so many places. It took me just over 20 minutes to walk to the Colusseum. There are also plenty of great restaurants and shopping near the hotel. It’s on a busy pedestrian-only street, but my room was still very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was outstanding with excellent service. The breakfast was great with a variety of selections.

Great location. Easy walking distance to a lot of Rome attractions. Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. It's on a busy street but once the windows were closed, we heard very little street noise. We were in the 4th floor. Our little terrace was great for coffee in the morning or a couple of glasses of wine before dinner.

Excellent location, clean and upgraded decor and furnishings, great breakfast - fresh and delicious - and kind and responsive staff. Will stay here again when I am back in Rome!

Clean and modern hotel in the very centre of Rome on a lively street

Absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel . Ideally located especially for a solo traveller . Staff very helpful and friendly . Cleaning staff just great women , the room was left spotless every day of my stay , couldn’t thank them enough . All amenities including some landmarks within walking distance . Would highly recommend this hotel . It’s in the very centre so is priced on the high side but for safety & convenience for a solo traveller , worth every penny !

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Located in a very popular area so it was loud and extremely crowded. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony was nice to have to sit outside.

Great location, rooms spacious and friendly staffs

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a central place to hit the sights of Rome. We had a terrace room which was great, only issue with our unit was the shower stall design that made it hard to keep water from getting on the floor. Aside from that it was great. Staff are friendly and helpful and called us several taxis without issue; you can get taxis from here in 5 minutes or less.

Central to many places in Rome - and easy access to the bus when needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is really nice, the rooms are very nicely decorated, and super clean. Everyone we talked with in the hotel was very friendly yet professional, polite and spoke English with ease. Helpful and always with a smile. We only stayed there for 3 days but would definitely recommend (and go back if we have the opportunity to go back to Rome). It’s location is perfect, you can walk everywhere in the old city and sight see.

The property is very nice and the staff is extremely friendly but the location is incredible. About four blocks to the Trevi Fountain in one direction and about five blocks to the Pantheon in the other. Very good breakfast available on the property but if the weather is nice, walk about 50 meters toward the Pantheon and go to that cafe for excellent service and great food. Great stay. Highly recommended.

Location was amazing and staff was great, breakfasted needs some work however and the quirks need to be worked out still out shower was broken the whole time squiring water at the ceiling.

My stay at Cloud 7 was wonderful! A really big thank you to Frederico and Ciara and all of the team. Their welcome was great and they explained everything clearly at check-in. The hotel has a great location, close to all major sites and the recommended restaurants by the staff were excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again! Many thanks 😊
