Terra Hotel Tirano

+ Hotellet i väldigt gott skick. Känns som nybyggt. Bodde i sviten. Sköna sängar. Trevligt mottagande i receptionen.
- framför soffan saknades bord så man måste resa sig för att ställa bort glas.
- respektive kunde inte hitta någon hårtork.

Frukosten serveras i närliggande restaurang som öppnades strax efter kl 07 för oss köande gäster.
Flertal av oss gäster skulle resa kl 08:06 med röda tåget till Chur. Restid 4,5 timmar.
Beställning av dryck togs upp vid borden.
Vi fick varsin liten bröd bulle, varsin ostskiva, några salami skivor samt lite frukt. Utöver detta fanns croissant, kakor/bakverk samt müsli och juicer.

- Vi fick vårt kaffe /te när vi redan ätit en del av frukosten
- Fler bröd bullar och pålägg ingick inte i frukosten
- Frukost logistik samt att tillgodose gästens frukost behov har förbättringspotential
+ Finns närliggande mataffär. Inköp måste ske kvällen innan

Med ovan sagt. Frukosten motsvarar inte ens basnivå, speciellt när man har tidspress. Välj annat hotell.

Fick ett rum bakom receptionen, toppenbra! Enkelt att ta sig in o ut med en kod.

Stora och rymliga rum. Rent och fräscht. Mycket bra läge om man kommer med tåg.
Fin frukost som gavs på den intilliggande restaurangen.

Unbequeme Betten.

Die Lage, nahe beim Bahnhof, ist perfekt. Das Check-in sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend und das Zimmer sehr gross. Das Frühstück dürfte noch etwas mehr Brotauswahl und weniger Süssgebäck haben, aber war sonst zufriedenstellend.

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay in a good location 5 mins walk from the train station. Modern and spotlessly clean. We were upgraded to a very spacious room for our stay, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant owned by the same family was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended hotel and we would definitely stay again if we're travelling in the area.

Our room was so so small, no air conditioning or air flow. The hotel controls your room temperature asked countless times and eventually was told they had issues with the software/server and that we could just open the window to get air!!!! On the 1st floor, really?? I must give huge shout put to The young Lady at the front desk who was so pleasant and helpful. She made excellent recommendations on places to go and arranged reservation and ride to the amazing mountain top restaurant Osteria Roncaiola. She was so delightful!!

Nice hotel! Clean! Staff was very friendly, spoke English well. Super close to the train station. Easy to find! Gated entry. Great restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent at nearby restaurant.We would definitely stay again. The room was decent, bed/pillows comfortable! 5 star. Thank you!

This boutique hotel is stunning.. the rooms are clean and newly updated.. and the bed was super comfortable.. staff are friendly and had great recommendations for places to eat and were very helpful..

ティラーノ周辺では新しいホテルでキレイなホテルでした！朝食は近くのレストランで食べられます。フルーツやハムがのったプレートと種類は少ないですがヨーグルトやクロワッサンなどブュッフェ形式で食べられます。味は美味しかったです！スタッフの方も優しく、ティラーノに行ったらまた泊まりたいです！

Friendly service, great location, excellent restaurant

清潔で静か、セキュリティ、ロケーションも良い。ただ、2 single bedsの部屋を利用したが、それぞれのベッド幅が狭い。また、アメニティも少ない。近くのレストランに朝食を食べに行くのもやや不便で、メニューも普通。
